February 01, Family walked in to inquire information on our funeral services, [redacted] question pretty much the cost on everything from our removal to burial I " [redacted] Cabrera" covered all their questions at that moment [redacted] and his wife decided to start the process with Funerales Santana, I immediately asked who would be next of kin and I explained the procedures, [redacted] indeed mention that would be his mother " [redacted] ", he mentioned that his mom " [redacted] " had signed a letter given him permission to handle all funeral arrangements, and that letter was provided to the Riverside Coroner's officeI called coroners that same day to verify, and they mention that [redacted] was indeed next of kin, after my conversation over the phone with the sheriff's department they faxed me the letter that Mrs [redacted] personally made and hand to them1.) Facsimile 2.) Copy of I.D [redacted] 3.) Declaration from Mrs [redacted] At soon as I received all three forms mentioned above l continued to have [redacted] sign all funeral authorizations and I proceeded with faxing over the release form to the SHERIFF CORONER DEPARTMENTFebruary 02, [redacted] and I finalized all funeral arraignments to have services on February 16, viewing 9AM — 1PM in our chapel and followed right after with Burial at Perris Valley Cemetery 1:30PMI received a phone call from Mrs [redacted] 2/15/one day before [redacted] B [redacted] 's funeral services, Mrs [redacted] had called to confirm the times of the services, which was the first time I had any contact with Mrs [redacted] I was looking forward to see her at the viewing and give her my condolence unfortunately I missed her, she walked in and walk right out, I didn't have a chance to properly introduce myself I ended introducing myself to her at the gravesideApproximately couple of weeks after the service Mrs [redacted] had contact me ask to ask about business hours, as I replied to her, she mention that she was going to come to see me to make a payment or to pay balance of the headstone that her son [redacted] had ordered, I answer that it would be fine I would be available for her anytime no appointment was neededMarch 24" Mrs [redacted] walked in the mortuary, I personally help her and showed the sketch that was done for her son [redacted] , she said that it was nice and wanted to make a payment, I took her payment of $1,cash indicated that her son [redacted] had put down a deposit of $I handed her the receipt $1444, with balance of $right before Mrs [redacted] walk out she ask if we could make changes to her sons headstone I replied "of course we can" she immediately requested for me to make changes I took notes and told her I would reach out to her with a new sketch and most important I needed to bring this change to [redacted] attention and I would get back to herThere was an e-mail that I received from Mrs [redacted] on March 28th following up with headstone, On March 29th I responded I would modifyApril 13th was my last e-mail I send her, Mrs [redacted] didn't have no more communication after I left her a voice mail letting her know that her son [redacted] did not approve any modifications to headstone the he originally formedAlmost three months later I received an envelope with a cashier's check and a letter from Mrs [redacted] , I called her once again left her a voice message to let her know that I received her cashier checks and needed to speak to her that the headstone wasn't approve by next of kin " [redacted] "Once again didn't hear from herLast time two times I heard from Mrs [redacted] was through an e-mail sent to me on July 29th and second e-mail August 17th both indicated that she was going to sue me and the company, she wanted me to fix the headstone or she will proceed with prosecutionThank You

Funeral Santana *** Knew that *** was not to have any changes They did not spell *** name Right at first and it was I who noticed their Mistake, Just like the Death certificate had Mistakes I Had to have it AmendmentAlso Referring *** as the Aunt was Cleared up, She is no Kin and had no right to make changesI had made myself clear like when I made sure *** seen and Knew that I Dismissed *** from having any more to do with the arrangement only thing left was personal property and finishing the Head stoneThey also don't show what happen to a payment of $U.S.P.O Money Order #*** I am very disappointed and want the $1,back so I can get another headstone made
