Spent over $800 on replacement window glass. Glass was installed and was so filthy that you could not see that there were black spots between the panes until I spent two hours cleaning all the sticky stuff off. Called [redacted] and they said they would order the replacement pane, they still had the measurements, and it would arrive in two weeks. Three weeks later I call and they never placed the order and now they claim they must come out and take a picture of the pane to send to the supplier. They never mentioned that 3 weeks ago. They wanted me to miss work again for this. I said no. They claim they will take the picture from the outside and order the pane. No apologies, no customer service.
