Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I AM TOTALLY REJECTING THIS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS DISHONEST DENIAL AND NON ACCOUNTABILITY OF THEIR (FUNKO'S)RESPONSE,AND WHOEVER THIS SHADY PERSON IS THATS WRITING THESE LIES AND OMISSIONS OF THE TRUTH.I RECOMMEND THAT ALL CUSTOMERS OF ANY FUNKO PRODUCT FIND A NEW AND BETTER QUALITY TOY/COLLECTIBLE LINE AS THEIR ARE MANY,BECAUSE THIS COMPANY CLAIMS DENIAL OF THE  PRODUCTS THEY MAKE AND SELL,MAKING HUGE PROFITS BY SAYING THEY ARE A JUST A WHOLESELLLER,IMPLYING THEY DIDNT MAKE THESE FUNKO OR FUNKY ITEMS WHICH COINCENTLY HAS THEIR NAME ON THEM,HMMMMMMMM.AS FOR THE PICTURES EVEN IN THE POOR QUALITY OF THE PICTURE,SORRY MY CAMERA DOESN'T HAVE FLASH YOU CAN SEE THE FLAWS MENTIONED,AND SOME FLAWS YOU WONT SEE IN A STILL FRAME PICTURE SUCH AS LOOSE PARTS ON THE FIGURES.THEY HAVE LIED MANY TIMES AND CONTRADICTED THEIRSELVES MANY TIMES.I UNFORTUNATELY HAVE BOUGHT AND OWN MANY OF THEIR FIGURES.THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND BLAME THEIR POOR QUALITY ON "THEIR" RETAILERS,(WHICH BY THE WAY ARE BEING MADE WELL AWARE OF).NOT ONLY THAT MANY OF THERE ITEMS DON'T EVEN SELL APARENTLY THAT WELL AS MANY ARE NOW STARTING TO GO ON HEAVY CLEARANCE,WHICH IS SAD I WAS PAYING FULL PRICE,ONE CAN ONLY CONCLUDE THAT THEY AREN'T SELLING  THAT MUCH ANYMORE AND I'M GUESSING CUSTOMERS HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH THIS LIAR OF A COMPANY.I DID HAVE A LAUGH AT THE HILARIOUS FIRST RESPONSE THEY WROTE WHICH ANYONE CAN TELL WAS LIES THEIR FORKED TONGUE SPEWED.THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND IN MY OPINION THEY ARE TEACHING CHILDREN AN ADDICTION TO GAMBLING,BY TAKING CHILDRENS MONEY LEADING THEM TO BELIEVE THEY HAVE A CHANCE TO GET SOMETHING RARE AND ENCOURAGING THEM TO KEEP BUYING,THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS........AND BTW LET ME MAKE THIS TOTALLY CLEAR I   W I L L   N E V ER   B U Y   A N Y T H I N G   E L S E   W I T H   T H E   F U N K Y   S H A D Y   D I S H O N E S T    N A M E   O F   F U N K O   O N   I T.............CLEAR?!CLEAR.Sincerely,[redacted]

I called last night and left you guys a message. Even though I never received shipping information or was given any info that my order had finally been process I would up receiving it yesterday. My issue has, therefore, been resolved and the complaint is no longer necessary.

This customer's request does not qualify for replacement.  Both the complaint reported to us and the supporting images provided by the customer depict absolutely no damage to the collectible figures themselves.  The customer is requesting replacements based on minor wear and tear to the...

packaging that houses the collectible figures.  We design our boxes to protect the collectibles inside, and are not able to replace un-damaged figures.

This customer is disputing $50 that he did not spend with us, and he is disputing it based on reports that he has purchased damaged or defective products.  As a wholesaler, we are not able to replace or refund figures purchased at a third party retailer.  In addition, the photographs the customer provided (attached) show standard figures with no recognizable damages or defects.
The customer has stated his intent to us to keep purchasing our mystery mini figures, which we do not advise at this time based on the fact that our mystery mini line does not seem to meet his needs as a consumer.  We have shared the following advice with the customer:
If you don't feel that the quality of our figures meets what you're looking for, then you may not want to purchase them in the future. If you do choose to purchase Funko products in the future, please also make sure you are considering the refund and exchange policies of the retailers you are purchasing from, as well as the fact that we cannot refund or exchange products on behalf of retailers.

There was absolutely no indication that the t-shirt was to be one of 4 designs.
Even in their response now, it is clear they are being dishonest in their claim that they have no power over which design is sent.  In the case of replacement, surely they can send the same item being replaced.  The arrogance with which they parrot back their own internal policy is both frustrating and insulting.
Again, there was also no explanation given as to the discontinuity in their sizing guide and the size of the shirts they shipped.  I believe this to be the true reason they made the "exception" of a partial refund (for unshipped product ONLY).  They could not guarantee that the sizing issue would be fixed in the next box, and wanted to avoid further discussion on the matter.  
I even offered to ship the contents of the box back to the business (at their expense, due to the error being theirs) to obtain the full refund.
If the Revdex.com would like copies of the original emails sent to them regarding the discontinuity between what they advertise and what they delivered, I will happily forward that information.
At this point I would like my t-shirt replaced, as I have already invested way too much time and energy in this, to simply obtain a refund. Sincerely,[redacted]

We have already resolved this complaint with the customer.  Our offices are open Monday-Friday, so the customer's email was sent on Sunday but received Monday morning.  The customer was refunded this morning upon receipt of the email.

The customer purchased an annual subscription for $234.00.  See attached Invoice for Order 323896.  The annual subscription includes 6 subscription boxes, shipped every other month.  Each individual box cost for this customer, including shipping, is $39.

subscription boxes are not announce ahead of time.  The first box the customer received was our First Order box, which shipped to all customers with the following contents:
·        1 chrome-plated Pop! Vinyl figure
·        1 Pop! Vinyl figure (1 of 2 designs, shipped at random)
·        1 t-shirt (1 of 4 designs, shipped at random)
·        1 lanyard
·        1 patch
·        1 pin
This customer – like all customers – ordered a subscription box and not a specific shirt or item design.
 
The customer contacted us when he found his shirt did not fit as he expected.  Though the replacement policy (available when the customer signed up) states that we are not able to exchange sizes or offer replacements for t-shirts that were sent in the size ordered, we made an exception to send him a smaller shirt.  The customer requested a specific size, which we accommodated, but not a specific design.  Had he requested a specific design, we would have explicitly stated that variant designs ship at random, and we are not able to control the design received in either original or replacement shipments.  However, we did explicitly share the attached Replacement Policy with the customer, which gives the same information.
 
The customer contacted us again when he received his replacement shirt and asked for a second replacement with a different design.  We explained that we are not able to control the design, and that we are not able to send him additional replacements.  He then asked for a full refund of his subscription.  We agreed to make an exception to the no refund policy that the customer agreed to upon signup to refund the full amount of un-shipped boxes ($195), but were unable to refund the $39 for the shipped box.
While we understand that the customer wants an additional t-shirt at no extra cost or a refund of the $39 even though he has already received both his complete box and one additional t-shirt at no extra cost, we are unable to accommodate either of these requests.
