Review: Bought their body peeling oil and gluta-c cream, received the items together with a free sample of Kojic soap, the kojic soap is very strong that my skin reacted and turned red minutes after I used it. Contacted the company and spoke with their Live Chat Rep. I was told that Kojic is a very strong soap and not intended for very sensitive skin, she advised to put some petroleum jelly and my skin is fine. I used it on my body and elbows and im in total shock that my elbows started turning lighter and I only use it for less than a week. I didnt even get to use the peeling oil on my elbows that was my first plan haha,.so I end up using the peeling oil on my legs which took awhile to peel about 6 days I almost gave up but Sophie keep encouraging me to wait because not all skin will react the same way and whoalla on the 6 day my skin started to peel in big chunks I am so amazed of this product, my skin turned lighter but only I think 1 shade not much but really good product and does what it promise. Gluta-C cream is wonderful on my acne prone skin,.that's the reason why I bought it because of acne scars which is always my problem since teenage times,.and in exactly 15 days the scars on my face is completely gone. All these years im been buying and using skin whitening products and nothing work at all,.I am thankful that I found this products and hopefully Funky Mommy will keep on selling these products. I highly recommend it to everyone with dark problems on their skin, you wont be disappointed.

Review: I purchased a lip balm (Fmlu113 lighten up) online on October *, 2014 for $12.95 plus shipping & handling $3.31. I received a confirmation email October *, 2014 @ 7:38. It stated I will recieve another email when product is shipped. I have contacted the company several times via phone(left messages) and also sent emails asking the status of my shipment. I have not received a response from the comoany. This site is a scam.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: I placed an order with them on August ** for soap. When I received a copy of my order, the shipping address had been changed to the billing address, which is different. I immediately emailed customer service through their website and I also called the customer service number and left a message. I received an email back and was told they would ship to the corrected address and not the address on the order form that was incorrect. I then received an email the item had shipped to the incorrect address. It has been almost two weeks, so I assume the package went to my old address in another city which is occupied by another tenant. I emailed once again and was told that they can only ship to the billing address, which is not what I was originally told by [redacted]. They then told me to contact the people at my old address, which is ridiculous! I was then referred to "[redacted],"

Who is other the Shipping department and he told me it is my problem for not reading their shipping policy. They will not replace it . This is very poor customer service in my opinion!Desired Settlement: Since they are not able to ship to my shipping address, I would like a refund.

Review: I ordered the Kojic Acid lotion and it was not included in the shipment. The invoice that was inclulded in the shipment stated that the lotion was on back order. Now the company refuses to refund the money or send the lotion.Desired Settlement: Refund the money or send the lotion.
