Never mind the time it took to receive this product, order placed on 01/21/2020, received 02/10/2020, the product is NOT what you advertised it to be.
The gloves are NOT waterproof and do NOT keep hands warm. I bought these gloves for my husband who works outside everyday in a wood and building supply shipping yard in***
He works from 2:30 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday and needs to have warm clothing to get through the bitter cold.
My husband wore your gloves for the first time today, it is raining and cold, the gloves are SOAKED and do NOT keep his hands warm. I reviewed your return policy and am EXTREMELY upset that as your policy described you will NOT take back the product unless it is
"your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging".
This is UNACCEPTABLE. There is NO way to know if a product, like WATERPROOF clothing/ GLOVES are in fact waterproof unless you wear them and find out that unlike the companies claim that the gloves are waterproof, they actually are NOT.
This is part one of the company's "About Us" statements, it reads in part,

That is the complete opposite of my experience with this company.

I would warn any person who considers ordering from this company to think twice.

Unfortunately, I am required to provide a star rating to allow me to leave this review, if given the option they would receive nothing.

This online boutique was advertised on Facebook. They make various holiday shirts. I ordered two different T-shirts at the end of September and was promised at most 12 days before it would be delivered. It took them 21 days. The shirts have many quality issues including fit, size, and make. One shirt did not match the picture and had a hole in it. The real problem comes when you try to return the product. It shipped from Alabama, but to return it, you have to mail it to China. There were no 'no return? policies when ordered, so it is baffling that they are only willing to give you back 15% of your money after it is returned and you have paid the shipping to China. This company is a scam and there are many other stories like mine listed on the Funny Girly Facebook page.
