P.S.: Along with our initial complaint submission, we attached a credit card statement. After we came back from our winter vacation in Mexico, we bought this product on Jan 07, as stated in the credit card statement. We think the business can track its record by the credit number and by date. However, from the business's response, we are satisfied with the resolution.
