Hello,

Im writing you today to let you know about a terrible experience with Funtopia USA in Middle Village NY.
I had two of my nephews parties before at futopia USA. The first experience was not the greatest because of hygiene and customer services issues. But since is one on the only places is the area for little kids parties I gave then another but it was a horrible mistake.

First, The place was dirty and the very young girl who took care of my group was rude the entire time. I told her to please be kind because there are autistic kids and some of the adults dont like her tone so she just disrespect me. Second, this place is for little children and the games are design for small kids. Since, I have one 17 year autistic child and my friend has 16 year old who is also autistic they charge us an absurd amount a the end for them. When I came im I was expesific and told them the kids were not participating because they were too big and also due to the condition and the lady im the fromt said ok. When I received the bill they charges me $300 extra and told me they counted this young and told me is on a contract. First, I didnt sign any contract and second at the door it doesnt say if the under 18 they have to pay too.

Before I walk in with all the kids I asked for prices because I has a budget. I average the price plus tax and tips and it was no more that $450 which is what the lady told me in the front. But when I finished they charged me $ 300 extra. I told them why and the Manage Jason was rude told me he will call the cops or take legal action. I told him I asked for the price and I told them I just has a little more than what they told me it was gonna cost. Jason was extremely nasty and told me he doesnt care. They lied to me in my face giving hiden fees and changing me for my 17 year who was only helping me with the little ones. They charge $70 for 3 extra slices of pizza that I never order but the young girl who took care of my party was bringing things without us knowing.

I like to begin by apologizing for any unhappy experience you had at Funtopia USA Family Fun Center.

It's also unusual for us to receive a complaint. With that said I questioned our staff and was able to determine which party complained. I searched our camera system for cleanliness throughout

our facility and interactions with employees.

To begin our contract does state any child up to the age of 18 (id required) would pay an admission, all customers receive a full copy of our contract and it is also emailed to you. See our website funtopiausa.com

it is the system we are connected too. We also have an information sign at our entrance that also states the same. Your children received a slice of pizza, beverages during the private room time, lazer tag, disco and a

30 credit swipe card to play games. If you read your invoice it also states what the exact charges are additional children and food ordered for the adults. All charges are correct. The party received our $50.00 off promotional price.

I watched interactions with the party parents and our staff throughout the party and no indication of any type of problems except when payment was being made another individual (not party parent) seemed upset. Our staff took the

time to explain the charges and was courteous to the women. Our facility was quite clean throughout the hours I inspected it.

This complaint has been given my utmost attention; we are a small family owned business in our 20th year. We are sorry for your unhappy experience.

First of all, I accepted all the game cards because I had to pay for everything before they went to the game room. When I paid, it was when I got the big surprise of almost $300 more than expected. I was misinformed or/and the delivery was incorrect. The agency is responsible for the agents behaviors a lack of delivery. This is not the first time I had a party at Funtupia USA and this place has changed a lot. No only the customer service is unacceptable but the place is now extremely dirty. There were a lot of issues in this visit not only one so please note that.

Not happy with their response and this place needs to get a visit from the department of hygine and the Revdex.com.
