Have desperately tried to reach someone about my order from Furbish Studio #[redacted] for $496.95 placed on March 5, 2015.Total has been charged on my [redacted]I placed this order online thru Furbish Studio and to date it still shows the items are available for purchase. I have left two voice mails and have sent several emails to this company to no avail. When you call the Raleigh number it sends you directly to a voice mail that says the person is not available but does not indicate the store name or the person's name. I am worried that this is not a legitimate business. The total of $496.95 was promptly charged to my [redacted] by this business which includes the shipping cost of $16.95. I truly appreciate your help in assisting me in my effort to contact someone about this order.Desired SettlementWould prefer to receive my 2 [redacted] stools that I order in early March which are paid in full. If these are not available, I would like a full refund to my credit card. Each attempt at emailing this customer resulted in a kick back from their email account. We had no telephone number to reference and no phone messages on record. The item has finally been received by the vendor and is able to ship out this week. The young lady gave me her personal cell phone number since the lines at their business establishment not working. She apologized profusely and encouraged me to contact her directly should I not receive my items soon.I certainly appreciate your assistance with this matter. She tried yesterday to email me at this email address but our server was down due to an electrical storm here in Jacksonville.
