Review: I purchased a "Candy" handbag from this company a little less than a year ago. It's a spring/summer handbag so it was only used within those months. I noticed the bag started yellowing in various places on the bag. About a month ago a pulled out the bag to start using foe this season and the strap broke. I called the store in which I purchased it from and was told they would be able to fix the strap with no problem free of charge but there was nothing they could do about the yellowing. I asked if they ever noticed this with any of their other bags they say no. I then asked to speak the [redacted] and was told she would be give me a call on Monday as she was not in today. She never called me...so I called the store that Wednesday and she answered. She asked a few questions and then implied I spilled "Sun Tanning" lotion on the bag (which I don't use) so therefore there was nothing she could do to help me. I then asked to speak with [redacted] in which she said sure I would have send him some pictures of the bag and have him call you. Another week goes by and nothing...I finally called the [redacted] by the name [redacted] who was very rude and nasty. He asked me if I had the receipt I told probably but it would take me some time to find but I could show you my bank statement for proof of purchase. He then told me sorry there's nothing we could do for you. So at this point I couldn't believe that I just wasted $500.00 on bag that defective. So I contact the corporate office in ** and was asked to email them pictures of the and a copy of my bank statement. These people have never returned any my emails, phone calls or nothing. I've been the one making all the contact to see what they're going to about this and nothing. Keep in mind I never asked them for anything I just wanted to see what they would offer to make this right!Desired Settlement: At this point because I was treated so poorly I want my full refund...I don't feel comfortable wearing their product after the way I've been treated.
