I buy handbag in Venezia on my holidays and when get back home so big damage, trying contact them by email and they are ignoring me, very disapointed of servise and quality.

I agree. Horrible customer service. Said I couldn't exchange a belt purchased in another country but that was never said to me nor does that say that on the receipt. that is absurd. No one answers the phone EVER after 3 phone messages and multiple emails, most of which went unanswered. I have been purchasing Furla bags from various retailers for many years now and in the past few years bought directly from them. Had I bought from another retailer, those retailers would have "stood" behind their products and I would have better off. They have lost a customer, and a good one at that.

Asked for information on the screw that fell out of the bag handle loop. Three attempts to contact Furla - two by e-mail and one by phone were ignored. I wanted to buy a screw that fell out - they don't care. The customer service is non-existent.

Horrible customer service. In fact, it is non-existent. They will not return emails, messages or phone calls. Absolutely no customer service at all. I attempted to contact Furla U.S.A. via email, social media and telephone, with no response to any of my attempts. They could not care less about their customers. There is no reason whatsoever to give this company your business. Shop elsewhere.

i'm also having the same problem - sent emails, tried to call and got no answer, or called and left messages - no answer at all. I had wonderful experience with their customer service over the last 3 years, but this problem starting happening this June 2018. Does anybody know how to contact them?

I'm having a similar problem. I can't get ahold of anyone in customer service at all. They shipped me a defective product and all of my attempts, email, phone, social media or otherwise have been completely ignored. At this point I just want my money back... Did you have any luck?

Review: Tan Manta handbag [redacted] was purchased for $276.04, at the now closed [redacted]. Soft felt Furla storage bag accompainied the handbag. What ensued was the storage bag adhered to the leather on one side damaging the handbag. It appears the quality of the leather was inferior.

Living in Florida, I went to the International Mall in Tampa only to find the Furla store had closed.

I then went to The Mall at [redacted] in Orlando, Florida were Store Manager Michele de L[redacted] sent my handbag to New York for repair.

Furla was unable to repair the handbag and sent it to back to Orlando.

Per the Orlando store, I then contacted "Julia" at the [redacted] store ###-###-####, she was to allow either a refund or an exchange.

Then the [redacted] store closed.

I tracked down the current Furla store and spoke with "Lauren", the "only person in Customer Service", who will not let me speak to anyone else to escualte or assist me in resolving this matter.

I am stuck with a defective handbag that cannot be used and out of the hard earned money spent on such.Desired Settlement: I will send the handbag and storage bag back to Furla with a guaranteed full refund.

Review: I purchased a Furla Candy Bag in the lipstick (red) from Macy's on 11/**/2012, where I was told that there is a 1 year warranty on the product. Within 6 months, the purse slit near the zipper/opening in 2 spots. From what I understand, this is a known problem (learned this from an associate from the [redacted] store). I emailed, as directed by the corporate office's automated service, customer service twice. The latest email was sent about 1 week ago and I have not received a response with instructions on how to get the bag replaced or repaired. There is no way to speak to customer service directly about warranty/repair issues when calling their NY corporate office. I am not in support of the poor quality of a $228 PVC bag, and Furla's pure blatant disregard for quality customer service.Desired Settlement: Repair the bag or issue a refund check.
