I sent an email saying that I would accept the settlement once their check clearedThe business contacted me twice about this issue, and apologized for what happenedI received their check in the amount I was owed by them. I do not agree with their response as they made it sound as if I never had called them, or that the *** *** insurance had never calledWe both did - probably over times total*** *** has a record of all the phones calls they made to them, and if necessary, I can pull my phone records as wellI left messages with live humans, not only on VM, and not only via message through their website and no one ever called me back. Such behavior by businesses should not be toleratedTo disparage their customers/patients is beyond reproach
