I have had a very unsatisfactory experience with this firm, and they haven't even come into my house!
A couple of months ago I sought to hire them (to install a humidifier) and they didn't come at the agreed upon window of time. A call to them was not reassuring as they had no intention of informing me of their "delay". I told them I would reschedule at a later date. On that date I talked to them again and was told they could not get my unit at that time. I had to reschedule a third time, a week ago. The installer who came brought a different model than the one I had asked for, and I had to send him home.
Three strikes and your out, I guess.

Awful experiences with this company .
Our air conditioner at home went down recently and we called around to have a repair estimate .
We ended up calling this company due to the good reviews they have and the cheaper diagnosis costs that they offered compared with others .
Yet what we found out from them was that the capacitor and the fans needs replacement .
Total costs for the repair will be about $ 1200 before the air conditioner can work again .
We were shocked cause to get a brand new air conditioner will only be around $ 3000 and to just replace the fan and the capacitor will be $ 1200 ?
We then decided to ask for a second opinion .
What happened later was that another furnace company diagnosed that the fan and the compressor are all running fine and he only needed to replace the capacitor.
The whole repair cost we paid after all was only $ 147 ( parts and labour and tax ) .
We have the air conditioner running for several days now and is running great .
If we were to believe the first company ( Furnace Soliutions ) ; we will have spent a thousand dollar more unnessarily .
I then called the manager of Furnace Solutions to complaint about that .
He was quick to decide on reimbursing us for the diagnosis cost.
But guess what ?
It has been a few days since he promised that he will deliver us a cheque and he never did .
We concluded that we have made a big mistake to have used this company’s services .

Sent a message on the website last night. I received a call this morning and already have my furnace repaired! The technician Marty was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

Just had a our two old furnaces replaced with a *** furnace and *** A/C and I can honestly say I was impressed with FURNACE SOLUTIONS from the start. Scott was great in providing the quote, giving me options but I never felt he was trying to upsell me to more expensive options- had three other quotes but never felt as comfortable with Scott who seemed friendly and interested that we get what we need, not what he wanted to sell. We set uo the install and it happened right on time with Nolan and Jorden doing the install. Could not have been happier with these guys, they went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean and neat, even did some extra ductwork so it would be neat and done right. The worked hard all day and completed the job quickly but when always were great in explaining things when I went down to check things out. they took the time to explain what and how they were doing things, were great to chat to but very professional. I would highly recommend this business for a furnace or A/C install

We met Ryan at the home show at *** in March just a few days after we made an offer on our house. We wouldn't close and move out here until May but Ryan suggested an appointment date and we put it in our calendars. We have a large bungalow with a full basement about 2/3 of it is finished. The house had a 27-year old conventional furnace. We thought that we should have two furnaces with upstairs and downstairs zones.
Ryan met us as planned and we agreed to purchase two *** 2-stage furnaces and replace our old hot water heater with a *** on-demand tankless unit. He took great care to explain how they would accomplish this job which involved a lot of new duct work. On June 6,7,8 Nolan and Justin did an A+ job, on the entire installation just as Ryan said they would. The job attracted lots of attention at the company, Nick came over and they all documented the job with photos. Several neighbours and even a contractor have seen the job and all were as impressed as we were with the quality of the installation.
Thanks to all for such a professional experience from first contact right to the end end of the installation. The *** works well but the furnaces haven't had a chance yet to show their stuff.
