Review: I ordered a bedroom set from this company, they delivered the set to my house & assembled it in my empty bedroom. While doing so they damaged part of the bedroom set and also my newly finished wood floors. When I brought this up to the gentleman assembling the set, he said he didn't understand English too well & to call the company back tomorrow. After 3 weeks of calling everyday (even emailed pics. of the damage) to try to resolve the problem,I finally get a call back saying that they discussed the issue & nothing could be done. Very shady company, I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. These experience has been so horrible & draining, I just want to make sure no one else has to go through this.Thanks & Regards, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix or replace the damaged goods & deduct the cost of the damage that they caused to the floor from the total price or fix the floor.
