RACIST VICE PRESIDENT/GM ANNETTE CLEMENT
Had the displeasure of running in to Annette Clement (the Vice President/GM) of furnished quarters in public at the store. She was berating these poor retail employees and screaming in their faces all because she couldn’t return an item well past the 60 day return policy and felt she was entitled to an exception and made it know to everyone witnessing that she was the Vice President of a company so demanding an exception to the policy should be no problem for someone “her status”. Multiple other guests were recording this incident so it probably will surface amongst social media soon as the “Racist VP of Furnished Quarters” but it was so appalling and quite remarkable she seemed completely sure she was entitled to act this way overall. She demanded the managers come over and as they did they re confirmed the return policy and her being well over that by a month even and she began screaming even louder holding up a line of others. She hurled racial slurs on her way out to young employees who looked to be about 16-18 and told them she would get them fired for this and she had the staff nearly in tears as she threw her products on the counter at them and stormed out. I am STUNNED and HORRIFIED this is a person in a LEAD role at a company. NO QUESTION she needs to be reprimanded for her actions and let go. THERE SHOULD BE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THESE RECKLESS ACTIONS.

Review: We paid furnished quarters for a short term stay at grove point, Jersey City from 7/* -7/**. Furnished quarters promised a stellar service with 24 hr luxury services, however our guests checked into a apartment with broken furniture and clogged bath tub with no access to any pool, gym or spa. They spend most of the time chasing guests services and left the apartment to stay with us due to bad living condition.

1. When the guests checked in on July [redacted] 2015, there was no [redacted] attached to the keys to give access to the pool or gym. The security requested that we call the emergency number. After several phone calls and chasing guests services all of long weekend a [redacted] was finally delivered on Monday the [redacted] of July. The guests had no access to the gym or pool all of July [redacted] weekend.

2. When the guests went for shower, the tub was clogged, the water would take an hour to drain completely. They had to wait an hour in between before second person could take shower. The guests reported the issue on July [redacted] and received several promises from guest services but no one came to fix the tub until Wednesday July [redacted].

3. Worst of all, a portion of the bed fell on the floor a few days into the stay. The planks under the bed slipped away and the bed tilted up on a 45 degree angle. The guests called the emergency number to fix the bed.. However, The guest services despite apologies and promises did not show up. The guests slept on the floor and when they brought this to my attention I made alternative arrangements for their stay. I called the guest services personally to explain the frustration asking them to fix the bed. However, this went on until 7/** when the guest services said they have fixed the broken bed. The planks however broke again on the night the guests came back. On 7/** I went in the apartment and was extremely disappointed to see the condition of the bed and took pictures of the bed with planks on the floor.

On a lighter note, we had also requested a cleaning of the apartment in the middle of the stay (the [redacted] day), however the cleaning person came on the last day (16th day) when my guests were leaving the apartment.

I have reached to furnished quarters on 7/** and have been chasing them since to resolve the issue. I have several pictures of the broken bed, a clogged tub and over 50 call logs to furnished quarter guest services from 7/* to 7/**.

We were chasing them during the stay to fix all the issues, and now chasing them for three months to resolve the matter. I have finally received a reply on 9/** covering up the whole matter and claiming their professionalism and stellar services.Desired Settlement: Want 100 percent refund.
