Purchased a preowned Suzuki Boulevard Sfrom the dealership model with about miles Within the first day, the bike had issues with the fuel system causing the bike to sputter and die and random times Took the bike back to have the service department look at the issue The first attempt didn't help, and after a total of times dropping the bike off to have the service department look at it, and attempt different fixes, they were ultimately unable to correct the issue They were helpful in that they were willing to try an work on the bike several times free of charge in an attempt to give me a positive purchase experience, but ultimately were unable to fix the problem So basically I bought a bike that I don't feel safe to ride around onBut I guess that's the risk of buying used

Very nice salesmanHe helped me so much on lowering the price for my living room suiteHighly recommended!

Purchased a preowned Suzuki Boulevard S40 from the dealership. 2008 model with about 7500 miles. Within the first day, the bike had issues with the fuel system causing the bike to sputter and die and random times. Took the bike back to have the service department look at the issue. The first attempt didn't help, and after a total of 5 times dropping the bike off to have the service department look at it, and attempt different fixes, they were ultimately unable to correct the issue.

I laid my bike down. Took it to these guys and they told me there was $5,300 worth of damage. In reality I got the work down for under $300, they just wanted to replace a million parts on my bike. They wanted to total my bike, even though it was barely even damaged. They just wanted to steal my money and didn't care if my bike was fixed or not. I wasted 120$ for the 'estimate', which was just them looking at any part of the bike that had a scratch on it an trying to replace it all while charging me WAY OVER the actual costs for parts. Awful customer service. Took them over a week just to take 15 minutes to look at my bike. They were basically trying to convince me to total my bike, which I just rode over 100 miles today.. Yeah clearly it was totaled......... And beyond that, their in-store stock is pretty junky and VERY OVER PRICED. Beware of these money hungry fools, who don't know the first thing about actual bike repairs.

Very nice salesman. He helped me so much on lowering the price for my living room suite. Highly recommended!
