The worst experience ever! I received a sectional that I didnt even buyThe sales person told me "its better If you keep the couch or you'll loose your money"The delivery guys called him to ask ehat theh should do and the sales man told them to just leave the couch and leave! They left my living room a mess, boxes and nail all over the room!

Also please note, all the dates purported by customer are inaccurate and quite frivolous. The purchase was not made on 06/15/2015. Payment was completed on this date. Also, I find it hard to believe that so many calls were made, according to the customer, prior to the purchase date as the customer has stated. Review: On February 26, 2015 I went into Furniture and Mattress Gallery to purchase a living room set. I saw a sofa that I wanted to purchase which was on sale for $498. I wanted the entire set but did not have all the money at the time. So I purchased a sofa and love seat which totaled $1500. I could not understand why it came up to $1500 and the sales clerk claimed it was because I was getting "new from the warehouse" as well as receiving the pillows with it. I also put a chase on lay-a-way for $900, in which I put $50 cash down on it. Before purchasing the furniture I made it clear that I did not want the store model because it had stains on it. Thats why he kept stating "I give new from warehouse"! A delivery time was set up for Saturday, February 28th 2015 at 11am. I was still staying in my apartment in [redacted] NJ which caused me to be a little late getting to [redacted] After 11am no one from Furniture & Mattress Gallery nor did they come to my apartment. At 12:30pm my son and I went to [redacted] on [redacted] to get some food to real quick. To my surprise there was a truck right in from of [redacted] which is the furniture store. They were loading the floor model, I know it was the floor model because I saw them take BOTH the sofa and love seat from the SAME exact spot (white sofa and love seat in the left front side of the store with the pillows). I immediately called the Furniture & Mattress Gallery and let him know...#1 they were late and no one had called and #2 To ask if he had given me the floor model. The sales clerk said "yes I gave you the floor model but I cleaned it", "you will know it was there, you can't tell nothing was there". I immediately told him I did not want it. He over talked me and went back and forth just not understanding I DID NOT WANT IT. I hung up and he and another guy called 2 separate times after that. The sales clerk said "I'm sorry its not the floor model I made a mistake". I knew he was lying and hung up after more back and forth action. The second guy...Desired Settlement: The second guy called threatening me saying "you do not want problems with us so if I were you I would take the furniture! If you do not take it, you will deal with a 35% restocking fee and I'm sure you do not want to deal with that!" I told him what restocking fee!!! They took the furniture from the store. I want a FULL refund immediately. The $1500 and $50 needs to be refunded to me. I was lied to and taken advantage of. I want the boss of the company to reach out to me as well.

Review: THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE WHO ARE SCAM ARTISTS THE PRICES ARE GOUGED AND THEY DONT FULFILL THEIR AGREEMENTS FOR EXAMPLE TO DELIVER MY FURNITURE ON TIME. THERE SHOULD BE COMPENSATION WHEN THEY DONT DO SOMETHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. AND THEN THE MANAGER IS A COMPLETELY UNEDUCATED MONEY HUNGRY PERSON. Review: I have bought sectional living room, after they delivered the room , I found hard scratches underneath of the coffee section and it almost torned, and no one can even notice it until lay down on the floor, also on the same piece on both side corner. I have called the store and let them know, they keep wasting time till I can't dispute the cost of the sectional with the bank, I have been dealing with this issue for 2 months now. I call the guy named Alaa and he told me he called Ashely and they will ship the piece,.. He already got one piece but he still didn't get the other pieces, he doesn't answer my phone calls. I have to call him from different phone to answer. I called the store manager and he told me what did Alaa said and he asked me to deal with Alaa because he is the one who sold me the living room or email him pix for the living room defective pieces and I did, also one piece of the sectional is not straight which could be a manufacture issue too .since then they keep running around and screwed me up till they waste the time to dispute the charge with the bank. Please help to straight everything out, it's expensive and I shouldn't be treated this way. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want then to exchange it or Billing adjustment.
