Dishonest staff and no since of urgency when it comes to resolving product issues. I purchased two king size mattress set, solid pine bunkbed w/ bunk boards along with delivery and setup. I was told by the representative they would deliver my product on 1/3/15 between 2 to 6pm. They did not show up to my house until 6pm. They failed to bring the bunk boards which are required before installing the mattresses on the bunk beds. They delivery men called there boss to tell he the issue of the boards not being on the truck. They had me sign for the items they did deliver and then they left. The owner/salesman that sold us the product called my husband to discuss the matter and assured us for temporary use we could install the mattresses with out the boards. He stated that he would have his delivery men come back to our home to install the mattresses to the bunk bed caused they had not done so before they left. He kept assuring me that it would be okay to install the mattresses to the bunk bed temporarily with out the boards.They never returned to install the mattresses instead I received a call from a different gentleman apologizing for not having the boards on the truck and he should have double checked the order. I asked was the delivery guys returning to home to put the mattresses on the bunks and he said no. When asked why his statement was because they are done for the day. I asked when could they return with my boards he said 1st thing monday morning they could bring my boards. We only installed the mattress on the bottom bunk. The next morning we discovered that the mattress had fallen through the frame because the rail supports had fallen completely out the frame which now renders the bed useless and unsafe. After speaking with a store representative he informed us the product would have to be inspected. The owner showed up monday to complete the inspection and determined it was a manufacturer defect and would have to order the parts the same day and have his guys come out Tuesday. We waited all day Tuesday and heard nothing from them. So I called to get an updated and the representative told me that it was coming from the warehouse and he would call me once it arrived this was at 5pm. At 7:30pm the store representative called to say there about to close for the day and would not be bringing my product. I asked was he sure is was going to be deliveried tomorrow and he said yes he could promise it would. Wednesday morning the representative called my husband to say the product never showed up on the truck and was not sure when it was coming. My children have been sleeping on the floor in there room for almost a week now. Desired SettlementCompensation for not having the bunk boards at the time of delivery/setup and wrongfully advising us to put the mattress on the bunk with out the board. Also for them being dishonest about the length of time it would really take to remedy the situation. The amount I want to be compensated is $200.00 along with having my bunk bed replaced.

I purchased a sofa a month ago and the seams are ripping. I've contacted the retailer and was advised that they could not assist. I purchased a sectional in December from this retailer by the manager on duty name [redacted]. I found the sofa that I wanted online and it was an online only purchase [redacted]. I financed the sofa with [redacted]. I placed 300 down in cash, and financed the rest ($768.00). Once I placed the order on site (12/29/15), the sofa showed up earlier than expected. I picked up the sofa the next day and got it home to realize the the sofa isn't the sofa that is advertised on the website as the arm rest does not elevate as it should. After contacting the retailer on this issue, I was advised that the manufacturer decided to strap it down because they were having issues. However, this was not what was displayed on the website. Moments after being told this, their website was updated with a current picture. About a week later, I sat on the end of the sofa and the seams ripped. I called to inquire about a replacement and was told that the manufacturer would not replace it because it appeared that I sat on it incorrectly (?????) I asked for the manufacturer name and was given a number like, [redacted]. This all took place around 1/21/16 as I sent an email with pictures of 1/19/16. I was not able to locate the manufacturer with this online. Most recently, I sat down at the corner of the sectional and the seams split in that area. When I seemed repairs I was told that the seams were cheap and would all rip at some point, and it would be over $1,000 to replace/repair. I then went to the retailer and asked for the manufacturers contact information and was advised that there was no contact information for the manufacturer. I expressed my frustration with this piece of furniture as the seams should not split when I sit or lay on my sofa. I am 130 pounds, not a half ton man. The manager on duty ([redacted]o) told me he would get back to me as this is a popular sofa that they sell and they never have issues with it. I find this hard to believe for something that they do not have onsite for others to view. I felt confident with this purchase as it appeared to look just like the sectional I wanted from another retailer. I have known others who have had and some still have the same sofa and they haven't had any issues, which leads me to believe I have a knock off version of the sofa. All I am requesting is a replacement or repair of my sofa that is barely a month old. Desired SettlementI would like for the part in question to either be replaced or repaired.
