Furniture and Saldos for Less

Review: I Came to this furniture to buy a chest it was an special order. Because of the color I want a expresso color. The sales person her ame is [redacted] she said that they will have it within a week. I call in a week they said that it was not ready they haven't got it from the factory that if Can I Wait one more week . I acept and they said that they will call me and left me a messege when its ready they call me on june 13th telling me the chest has arrived, The even told me that they open sunday from 1-5 p.m I want to the furniture and it was closed I call them on tuesday day to let they know that I will pick it up friday the sales person was helping another customer. Today I Came and they said that someone steal the chest and that they dont have it. I told they that I need my money back and the actitud of the manager was so rude,o ask for the owner and she said you have to talk to me im the manager here" she said that if I want my money back I have to go back monday she not even offer me an other chest or something! My Main complaint its the way the manager treat me she said in spanish "do where de you want toDo , I dont care"" I will refund your money monday if I want to!! I dont know what she means is she going really to give my money on monday? WhT should I do? I dont want to be driving back and forth I live 25-30 miles awayDesired Settlement: Please I wantThem to refund my money by monday. Is there anthony else that can do? At least I want the one ee to know how the se people are treating the customers

This letter is in response to an issue that came across on furniture and saldos 4 less our philosophy and goal is to give the best price, quality and outstanding customer service, Unfortunately we came across a situation with MRS. [redacted] false statements against furniture and saldos 4less the purchase that MRS [redacted] made was under a special order that was placed and we were specific on the day of arrval time. When the merchadise arrived we called her and left a message for pick up however ,we had an unfortunalty burglary and 2 items were stolen from our store unfortunaltely when Mrs [redacted]

came to pick up the item it was one of the item stolen by the time we tried to explain to her She was very rude and upset and did not want to hear any explanations she was very rude, loud and obnoxious using profanity and insulting the sales person ,she would not give us a chanse to talk so we had to ask her to leave when she calmed down we would be able to work out and give her money back we ask her to come back for her money and that it. she came and pick up her money without a problem. Again our goal is to give the best customer service possible.
