Furniture Assembly Experts was contacted to assemble a large swing set for $They missed the first appointment on May 25th which had to be rescheduled for May 28thNo reason was given for why the technicians did not arrive at the agreed-upon timeThis appointment was also missed and I never received an explanation even though I tried calling them, leaving messages, and emailing themWhen I did receive a call back, the attendant on the phone put me on hold while she tried to determine where the technicians wereAfter minutes on hold, I was disconnectedI never received a call back or an explanation as to what happenedI am now waiting for a refund and using another company to set up the swing setThis was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had with any contractor
