Regarding Mrs.*** ***, yes she had placed a special order for a two piece sofa, and yes they looked at two different styles and they ended up buying one that she choseShe received the sofa at her facility and signed that she
actually received it and that it was the correct sofa that she wanted (we have proof that she had signed at the time of the order and at the time she received itThe invoice also stated that there are no refunds or exchanges, especially for custom orders)Following the delivery she came in with her mother and looked very upsetAt that time I had been with a customer, and her salesperson (***) was not thereI told her that we will fix the problem upon her request, but at that moment she started to scream and bang on my counterThat is when I called *** on his cell phone and asked him to talk to her because she looked about ready to faint, I repeated to her not to worry because we will reorder the sofaShe explained that we had taken advantage of her because of age and that she wanted to be refuned despite the paperwork she had signedAssuming it was a mistake we offered to exchange her sofa for the correct one even though we knew that was what she has signed forShe ended up leaving and I walk with them to the door at that point they seem to be okAfter that *** call her to come into the store to ensure exactly what she wanted, so that there will not be any further problemsThat same day we received her letter with the same verbiage she had to your facilityWhen I talked to *** about it he said "don't worry, she will be fine and we will take care of her." I wanted to talk to her again to clear everything up, so I called her and her mother answeredShe said that *** did not want to talk to meAt that point I was really sad about everything she had said about me and our businessI let her mother know how much damage she was doing and to please ask *** if everything she say was true or if she really mean it if it was the case I will move on and really at that point we had the choice to replace it or notWe wanted to do the right thing and make her happyAt that point she has been posting very negative reviews about our business on Yelp, Facebook, and TwitterWho will clean the mess she had done over social media and to our self-esteems? I have been very depressed the past few days, asking myself how people can cause so much destruction without having feelings*** has been exaggerating that I was screaming, yelling, and threatening her motherHer mother was completely quiet and listening when I make that call, until she told me that I had to understand *** because this will be the only way she would be comfortable to get her correct sofaI replied by saying, "that is not an excuse to do such a thing to me," or anyone and I thanked her for listening to meThe next day (Saturday), *** came into the store and said that she wanted everything to be over with and She requested to keep the sofa she had in her home if we refund $which is totally wrong, there was no $difference between the sofa she got and the one she said she actually wanted, so we do not know where she had gotten that amount from*** disagreed with her request of the money so she left with anger once again screaming, yelling and threatening us, and never to call her or her mother ever againWe have not spoken to her in person since then, but she continues to post and comment very negative things all over her social media

Just to address I am going to send you a copy of all her previous reviews to businesses from her Yelp accountI have realized that she gets satisfaction with making people unhappyI prefer to keep her away from the store as a costumerUnless she goes back to social media and rethink what she stated on the network, and solve the problem the right way

I am COMPLETELY blown away by the wife of the owner's responseLiterally EVERYTHING she is stating is either twisted or a complete lieI stick to everything I have said previouslyI have two witnesses to thisMy Mother was with me when I purchased the sofaShe will sign verifying what I have stated is all trueI also have two friends that I described the sofa to when I ordered itThey will testify, if needed, that the sofa I have is NOT the one that was deliveredI am not a screamer and desk thumperI will give you as many witnesses as you need to testify to that
When I first contacted you, this same woman said I didn't come back for three daysNow the story changesWho is telling the truth? My story has remained consistentWhat kind of a furniture store (I have found out the hard way) does not put prices on their furniture)? I have been taken advantage ofThe store has committed fraud

Now, from the way the note from Furniture and Beyond is written, it sounds like the store wants ME, a year old woman, to Hire a truck and haul the sectional sofa back to the store? Also, I have been to the store twice, once to say, what the heck happened and once, when the owner said "If you come to the store I will order the sofa you wanted"I did, and he did not follow through with his promiseNow I am asked to go in a third time when it would be easier for him to bring his papers and a witness, when he comes to pick up the sofa, (he would need his brother in law there to help with the move anyway) saving me an unnecessary trip into the storeAn even easier answer would be: The sofa has not been usedOrder the sofa I originally wanted and in six to weeks, when the right sofa comes in, He will only have to make one trip to drop of one and pick up the otherHe could also have me sign any papers he wanted, at that time, in front of his relativeAfter what has happened, I am hesitant to just let him take the sofa I now have...who knows if he will ever bring another one back? He has broken his word twice and lied about the whole transaction to Revdex.com and Yelp.comTrusting him leaves me in a vulnerable position

We will give her the option to exchange merchandise only after we recive the seccional at the store in the same condition she received it, and then well order the sectional she claimed she ordered wish will take to weeks, and she needs to make an appointment to come to the store, that way we both are here and somebody else as witnessAnd this will be the only and last offer; if this continues after I will be glad to give the case to my Lawyer to be handled
