THE WORST
OMG DO I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFOREHAND. What TERRIBLE customer service, finding any reason within the contract not to do preform their claimed services. The paper we were given at the furniture store detailing what is covered in the protection is attached, stating that "punctures, cuts, TEARS, rips” and “SCRATCHES, gouges, chips” are all covered, but because the scratches were made by our cats, THAT'S NOT COVERED. But all other scratches would be!? What a joke.

What a terrible business plan and customer service. Will definitely be filing complaints with the BBB and anyone else who will listen.

The unfortunate part is that most people sign up for this TERRIBLE service in the furniture store, so they're not looking up reviews first.

Don't waste your money. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE YOU NO STARS
I purchased a brand new whole living room set from Becks. I also purchased FUNITURE PROTECTION PLAN at the time it seemed like a smart idea until I want to file a claim for the first time. I was DENIED THEY ARE REFUSING TO HONOR MY WARRANTY. EVEN THOUGH THEIR OWN WEBSITE SAYS THE COVER MY PROBLEM FIXING MY RECLINER. SO I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. SINCE THEN THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME THEY WILL PAY FOR THE MATIRAIL IF I PAY FOR THE LABOR FEES. THEY ARE NOW TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY, DISABLED PERSON WHO LIVES OFF A FIXED INCOME. I HAVE ALREADY PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR MY FURNITURE SET AND EXTENDED WARRANTY.

NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY THEM HUNDREDS OF MORE MONEY TO COVER WHAT THEY ARE ALREADY SUPPOSED TO COVER UNDER MY CURRENT WARRANTY.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! KEEP IT BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT TO PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOUR NEW FURNITURE.

Worst company ever. If there was a negative star rating I would give that to them. Milk spilled on my couch and stained leather. Filed claim and was told by the claim adjuster and her manager that the damage to the arm rest is considered manufacturer defect and denied my claim. It took a month and half to talk to a manager.

This company main objective to deny claims. Total ripoff and valuable lesson learned not to ever buy any protection plans

Reached out to the store where I bought the couch set and they took care of fixing the damage at their own expense.
