Before I placed the order, I asked them repeatedly whether they had the dining table in stock as other furniture stores such as Wayfair was at least honest about informing customer that the item was discontinued. They then took my payment, saying that they have the stock in the warehouse. After days of "checking and inspecting", of course they did not follow up with me, then they realized that the vendor did discontinue the product. I was left in the cold with this vendor because they don't have the items in stock and they had the audacity to waste my time. You can file your claims with the manufacturer, but don't expect to grab my hard earned money as an utility for you to use as your working capital.

They are so sneaky bunch of dealer, save yourself the agony, stay away because I am not sure whether they have half of the stuff on hand.

Please note that Furniturecart.com did not want to honor the price they had listed on the internet for over a year so they have cancelled my entire transactionTheir manager, Michael Ealso said I was lying that Dina did not put the price in writing on a quoteHe also claimed that the price on my
computer was wrong because of old browsing historyI informed him that I looked at the price for a year and on three different computersIt was the same on all three computersIt has now conveniently been changed to the correct priceHowever, I still have this quote from Dina Fand the invoice obtaining authorization to charge my credit cardThis company should be penalized for advertising.? Review: An order was placed on August 26th for a bed frame through furniture cart. The website indicated 2-4 weeks for delivery. We have had the following correspondence and I have waited a reasonable and customary amount of time for this product. As requested by 10/1, I have not received a refund on the product or information on the shipping for this item.

We placed an order on August 26th and have not received any updates on the order. Shipping was 2-4 weeks and we are now going on the 4th week since the order was placed.

Hello,

I was informed that the shipment would be received in 1-2 weeks back on September 16th. It is now September 30th and I have still not been notified whether or not you have received this item. If you cannot provide shipping information for this item tomorrow 10/1/14, I am requesting a full refund and cancellation of this order.Desired Settlement: I would like the item shipped immediately or a to receive a full refund as requested on 10/1

Review: I ordered a dinning set from furniture cart on October 22nd. It was delivered to my home and set up on November 22nd. I was not happy with the set and sent pictures to the company to show that the items were not as expected. I was issued an apology via email and offered a partial refund to keep the furniture. My response was that I was not happy and wanted the set removed with a full refund. After several emails it was communicated that the company would deduct a 15% restocking fee, 100.00 assembly fee and pick up the furniture. My families thanksgiving dinner had to be relocated and it appears that Christmas would be elsewhere as we'll due to this set being in my dining room and I want to return it unused. It's December 23rd and I haven't heard from the company regarding a pickup date or an explanation for the delay.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and the furniture removed immediately.
