Re: Pat’s Body Shop
The purpose of this letter is to join my wife, *** ** ***, in thanking Pat’s Body Shop for the outstanding job they did in assisting her following a serious automobile accident on Nov23, My wife has written a separate letter, but I also wanted to acknowledge and thank Sandra S*** and her staff for their kindness and assistance
It would have been easy for Sandra to have simply focused on the damaged car But she went above and beyond that and cared for my wife first and took care of the car later I know the Revdex.com encourages businesses in this area to fulfill their missions in the most professional manner possible – I believe Pat’s Body is doing just that
With warmest personal regards,

Winston-Salem, NC,
To Who it may concern:
On November 23, 2015, I was involved in a head on collision at the intersection of Northwest Boulevard and First Street here in Winston-Salem My car was totaled, and when my vehicle was hit, I was knocked unconscious momentarily
When I “came to”, I was dazed and confused, because I had suffered injuries, and because I had never been in a serious accident beforeAlso, I did not know the protocol for what to do next
I did remember that Pat’s Body Shop had done minor repair work on our vehicles, and I asked the police officer to have the car towed there
I did ride in the tow truck to Pat’s, and after getting to their shop, reality had set in, and I was shaking, upset, and hurting quite a bit Sandra S***, the owner, and her employees really took good care of me and knew exactly what to do I had no idea about insurance, rental cars, etc
Sandra personally called *** to come to the shop to take me home and instructed me what to do next regarding the accident She, I believe, was also instrumental in getting me a fair settlement for my vehicle, and helped my husband deal with all the legalities involving that settlement
Because you monitor all businesses in this area, I thought the actions of Pat’s Body Shop in my time of need were exemplary and should be brought to your attentionThey certainly went above and beyond to help me in this unfortunate situation
Sincerely,
*** ** ***

First of all we are very disappointed that one of our
customers had an issue with our businessWe have done work for this customer
in the past and have had a good working
relationshipThis vehicle that was
damaged was towed into our shop from China Grove, NCThe vehicle arrived on
November 14th and we received via fax from her insurance company the
estimate of repairs on November 13thWe had a verbal agreement from
her insurance and the customer to begin repairsPart of this repair process
did involve removal of broken glass and removal of one other part of glass on
the panel that needed repair, this was a total of two pieces of glass removed Monday, November 19th the customer
called us and informed us that she was having the vehicle moved to another body
shop and that she had not authorized any repairs, even though we had received
the estimate from her insurance company and a verbal agreement from her earlier
in the weekWe told the customer that she was more than happy to have the vehicle
moved, but that she would have to pay storage fees and removal of the glass
from the vehicleAt this point the customer became very upset and angry with
usIn our opinion these fees were very minimal for the amount of time and energy
already put into her vehicle, less than $Ultimately the customer paid
her bill and had the vehicle moved to the other body shop at which point the
vehicle was determined to be a total lossWe find this odd since we had a
written estimate from her insurance company to repair the vehicle. We regret that misunderstanding with the
customer and pride ourselves on exceptional work and customer serviceSScarlette - Owner

I've used Pat's Body Shop several times through the years and have never been disappointed. They have expert, friendly staff, quick turn around, and your car will look showroom new. They work well with insurance companies.
