At this time, I have been contacted directly by Furniture City & Wholesale Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 
They did bring the correct box spring.  When I contacted the NJ number they said they weren't the...

same  company, but that they would help me which is not believable at all.. Sure enough the same young lady called me and stated they would deliver the box spring.  It took two more attempts to get the correct box spring.  However, they still didn't provide the extra support for the bed and the delivery persons were not equipped nor did they have answers.

and call again with no answer or if the cell phone person Danny answer he will tell me "I am trying to help you"  call the lady, no one will answer that number for days and if she would answer she will tell me to call Danny.   I have NOT heard from them at all, the business has not contacted me at all, by phone nor by mail.
