We ordered six chairs. They came in 3 boxes, simply stacked with minimal protection and surprise, they were all damaged. That was two weeks ago. We requested a return, which took days to get from them, and then they only provided tracking numbers, no labels. You can't ship without labels. Fedex won't pick them up.
Now they do answer the phone, return messages, or respond to emails.Smells like a scam.
We have filed a dispute with our credit card company.

I was kinda worry when I saw those bad reviews. Several times I thought about cancelling the order since its status kept saying "awaiting payment". But I decided to wait (impatiently). And finally it got the cabinet, not as fast as I expected, but overall, i'm still happy with the shoe cabinet.
