I ordered furniture from this place and paid in full at the time of purchaseThe delivery people were rude and unprofessional not only did they ask me for to remove my couch (which was only there because they came several days early - which was not the delivery date) but they left a huge pile of trash in the middle of my living room which is why I was unable to see the damages to my couchesAdditionally, when I checked the chairs to the dining room set that I also purchased, they were unstableI called immediately after they left about the damaged furniture and the chairs and I was promised for weeks that someone was going to call me backI called multiple times and spoke to several "managers" and no one ever came to fix the furnitureWhen I asked for a refund, I was deniedThis is the worst experience I have ever encountered with a furniture storeMy sister ordered furniture around the same time I did and she experienced the same issueHer furniture was damaged and she w

March *** I went to this store to purchased a bed, I was approved for in credit from a credit card company to purchased the bed, my home was under renovation so after the bed was purchased I asked if the bed could be delivered within a month because I was not quite ready for the bedThat Monday someone called me from the store and told me that they did not have the bed in stock and it would have to be ordered I told the individual (dont remember if I spoke to a man or lady) that I was not in a hurry for the bed so I can wait for it to come inI was told that that I would be told when the bed came in for deliveryThis took place in March, April came heard nothing about the bed May, June, nothing at the end off June I happened to be in the area of the store and I went and in I was told that they needed to see the receipt for the bedI went home got the receipt and called with the receipt number I was told by a lady that they would look into the receipt and get back to me,

I bought a Beautyrest mattress on May **The sales person told me could be delivery on June ***, but I requested the delivery for June ***, on FridayFriday came no delivery, not even a callSo, I called the store waiting long until somebody answered the phone (I was hung up 2x) and I was told I should have it by Saturday, June ***I went to store on Saturday morning to confirm the delivery and I was promised the mattress should be delivery at afternoonThe MATTRESS delivered was completely cheap and of very low qualityIt was not the mattress I ordered, I advised the delivery guy but he said he could not do nothingI went back to the store, I informed the store about wrong delivery and I refused the deliveryA manager told me, they were waiting for Beautyrest delivery soon, so I should have my mattress by June ***I was about to cancel the purchase but I gave them another chanceThe worst mistake I madeOn June ***, I called the store to confirm the delivery, not surprised they did not have the product and promised delivery for Friday, June ***At this point I canceled the order and I was advised if I want to have my money back I should go to the storeThey have the worst customer serviceThe employee gave me such a bad attitude to refund the money to my card, she was arguing with me and I was about to call the policeI feel ELMODA furniture store is not doing enough to correct the problemsIf I did not noticed the wrong mattress delivered, I had paid for a BEAUTYREST mattress and got a cheap oneThis is an unfair, unprofessional practiceI will never buy from ELMODA furniture again

there were items in [redacted]'s order that were delayed by the manufacturers which delayed the pick up and exchange for her order.
