in place prior to execution of workThere is also the paperwork needed from a customer which includesa contract, building permit and Notice of Commencement both of which needs to benotarized form the ownerHe was told that we were backed up for some time and couldnot take on another job right away as he was wantingIt seems he got mad that we couldnot do his roof repair in his timelineWe have been in business for over years in Floridaand have always taken good care of our customers, obviously this must have been some kind on communication breakdown for this to excel to a complaint.I'm not sure why someone would expect their roof to be done without all of this paperworkand deposit in place prior to commencement of work, seems there is other issues hereAll ofthe roofers I know are backed up for months, so I know its not only our company which has aback log going on.I am sorry to hear that this has excelled into a complaint, again we try our very best to meetall of our customers satisfaction, but unfortunately, you cannot make everyone happy.Thank You and I look forward to hearing from you,

I am rejecting this response because: This is absolutely absurd. I've been buying and selling residential real estate since 2003. I've paid for at least 25+ roof repairs in that period of time. I"m not an it. I was not complaining about not getting a roof done w/o permits, etc. etc.What I was complaining about what the completely unprofessional way you were jerking me around for a month. I was leaving messages, sending texts. You promised that you would look at it in a day or two, then disappear. After reminder texts and calls, you would respond and say that you would get to it the next day.............. I have copies of all our text communication, should you like to review them. They show your unprofessionalism.If you didn't want the work or were too busy, then you should have been professional and courteous enough to just be open and up-front about it and say, "I'm not able to take on new business at the present time."Now, your respond to this complaint shows even more how unprofessional you are.
