All furniture has been delivered, set up, and damaged pieces have been switched out. The customer was out of town for a month and that delayed his delivery. Upon his order it is stated in receipt (binding contract) that he signed, "allow four to eight weeks for delivery". He also signed he accepts the furniture "AS IS" and that "All SALES (are) FINAL".
We are a reproble company and would not leave someone with damaged pieces. At the close of our last meeting, Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with all his products.
It is unfortunate that pieces may ship damaged. We always switch those pieces out at our shipping loss. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience or delay that this may cause.

FDD, Inc. has contacted [redacted]. All of his "so called damaged" pieces were repaired or switched out to his satisfaction. The customer still isn't satisfied and demands $1200 for late delivery. Mr. [redacted] furnished his entire home at almost wholesale cost. This great price rate also included set up and delivery. His demands are completely irrational. He expects the discount because he waited for TWO PIECES of furniture after five rooms plus accents were already delivered. As was mentioned before...he wasn't available to receive his delivery for an entire month.
ALL FURNITURE HAS BEEN DELIVERED and ACCEPTED by Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] received and signed for his furniture.
In our last contact, Mr. [redacted] made it clear there is nothing we owe him. He is exploiting the Revdex.com in efforts to receive $1200 for late delivery of the TWO PIECES. I am sorry but that is unreasonable. Any backing of such fraudulent acts by the Revdex.com would degrade the good name of the Revdex.com. We ask that the Revdex.com remove this ridiculous complaint. If any damage is made to the name of FDD, Inc., we will hold Mr. [redacted] and the Revdex.com legally and financially responsible.
The action of the Revdex.com is requested on this matter. Your IMMEDIATE RESPONSE is EXPECTED.
