In response to the customers complaint, yes through human error we did accidently file the delivery paperwork for the customer in the wrong place which resulted in them being originally left off the delivery schedule on Tuesday, 5/17/However, we were able to accommodate the customers and complete the delivery on Tuesday, 5/17/as promisedI sincerely apologize for the errorWe are doing everything we can to prevent the error occurring again.
