I only got one call from the ladyShe was nastyHere is a cancelled letter from a judge from Pittsburgh with my address on it.It is not my fault I did not get a billI asked before they even did any work if I could pay them with my bank card or credit card, I was told NO.They would send me a billThey took advantage of meThey knew I wasn't around, they use the most expensive material they could use.It looks like hellVery ugly job

April 28, 2017In response to complaint # [redacted] Address he provided us: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Pawlak Plumbing Incperformed work on 4/4/in the yard at [redacted] to correct a dye test violation.The owner of the property that was to be sold lives in [redacted] and the Invoice for the work came back to us as "Undeliverable"I called him twice and left messages on different days to verify his address with no return call to meI called the [redacted] Post Office to verify that his name was assigned to this PO number and they said NO IT WAS NOT! And they also transferred me to another area to look back through January and I received the same answerWe had a Post Office Box address! At this point all the paperwork had been turned in and received by the closing companyAfter calling the real estate agent and he stated that he was not responsible to pay for this, he then called the owner and I finally received the call from himOwner sent a partial payment through his bank that takes days to clearThe other $had not been paid and I felt it would never be paidSo I then contacted the closing company and discussed the issue with the lawyer handling the closingThe closing happened and we did get paid through the closing company on 4/26/This man has now put a review on google under a nameSeems to me like he is being dishonest first with a mailing address and now with a Name.Diane P [redacted] Owner Pawlak Plumbing Inc

The Metal Bunk bed that I purchased from Furniture Direct is falling apart already and the Metal bar that holds the frame of the bed together is falling apart

I purchased two bedroom sets for $the first bedroom was fine no damages the second bedroom set came with a damage mirror the delivery guy damage the dresser when he slammed it on the floor, I contacted the store ASAP with photos and videos, he ignored my concern, I called a few more times and he stated I had to pay $extra for the exchange, I made the deposit,when I finally received the bedroom set the dresser was damage the same delivery guy I made the complaint about drilled a screw through my bedframe, I sent videos and pictures to Hussain he refused to help me he blocked my calls, I went to the store in person him and his salesperson was very rude they refused to help me they told me that I was a animal to get out their store I'm not a customer, I refused to leave without an explanation Hussain contacted Mike the warehouse manager he spoke with me on the phone I explained the situation to him he came to meet with me in person, he said he'll replace my bedroom set he didn't

Customer purchased a floor model sofa as is for a discounted price, normally "as is" products are "pick up only", but she said she had no way of getting it home, so under the interest of both accomadating the customer and wanting to sell the item, we agreed to deliver the sofa but only to the first floor, when the delivery people delivered she pleaded with them to take to second floor bedroom, which after telling her it might get damaged becasue it was a narrow enterance she begged and they complied, in any case after trying and trying for over an hour, there was no way it was going up, the sofa got damaged and obviuosly customer was disappointed , she said she wanted it to go up wand was willing to pay a break down upholuster , then she changed her mind, so any ways even though she bought a slightly damaged sofa, and we damaged it trying to appease her, we STill exchanged her for a brand new one which was delivered but only delivered to first floor whih is normally where we deliver sofas
