This store is very unprofessionalThey do not take any returns or exchanges, so they use that as an excuse to be extremely rude and disrespectful AFTER you make your purchaseIt has been weeks and I still haven't received my furnitureThe manager named  [redacted] is the worst manager I have ever come acrossHe has hung up the phone on me and has never apologized for his lack of professionalism and knowledge of their stock itemsHe keeps promising dates that my furniture will come in, even going as far as saying it's on their truck unloadingThen he will later say it wasn't on the truck and gives an even later dateHe is refusing to cancel my order and refusing to give me any contact information for his bossI will be making negative reviews about this store on as many platforms as I can

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYVery unethical and unprofessionalI purchased furniture in Sept 2015, had it delivered to my homeAfter the bed was delivered it needed to be assembledNot only were the pieces but not matching, but they gave me the run around for months!!!!! The sales associate named Angela was dishonest and never called me back and the manager named William charged me more money than initially stated on how much it costs to assemble productsHe was never able to show me any formal policy on paper regarding the new chargeI'm convinced this store is way out line, taking people's money, and taking advantage of peopleI will NOT be doing business with them and won't recommend them eitherNIGHTMARE!

It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my furniture. The manager named [redacted] is the worst manager I have ever come across. He has hung up the phone on me and has never apologized for his lack of professionalism and knowledge of their stock items. He keeps promising dates that my furniture will come in, even going as far as saying it's on their truck unloading. Then he will later say it wasn't on the truck and gives an even later date. He is refusing to cancel my order and refusing to give me any contact information for his boss. I will be making negative reviews about this store on as many platforms as I can.

Bought a table and new living room furniture worse decision I have ever made. Our loveseat came with a tear in it that they had to of seen and tried to cover it up I have spent four months trying to get this replaced and still no resolution. At this point I just want my money back. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A JOKE>

Sunday 28th of February 2016 I walked in to the store looking furniture. I spoke to Tony [redacted] he told me to look around for anything and he will help us so I check around and I did like a bed set ,so I call tony and we set up everything so he charge me the product. I end up paying $ 972.63 he told me that the bed and all the rest of the products were going to be there Monday for sure he told me don't come on Monday I will call you so you don't waist your gas so I waited for his call. He didn't call me, instead a lady call me saying that only two products had arrived to the store and the she will call me the next day. so she never called and Tony called me on Tuesday March 1st 2016 at 3:18 pm saying that the furniture was there. So I Droved 40 min from my house to the store. I got there and handed the paper order to tony and said that only two pices of the furniture were there and the rest was in back order and that means that they wont know when they will get them it could be days or weeks. I understand the policy of the store on purchasing items from the store that there is no refund or exchange once its sold. but I have not received my bed set because he tells me tomorrow, Tuesday, or don't know exactly when. I told tony to refund me the money because I didn't had my bed set. he said that he couldn't refund me the money and choose other bed set. I didn't wanted to do that because he could tell me the same problem as the other bed set. He is absolutely not a professional sale person neither the manager. I asked for an exact day to pick up the bed set. I feel like they wasted my time and money. I just want my money back $972.63 or an exact date and time to pick my purchase. I felt discriminated by them. I absolutely don't recommend this place.
