Hi my name is Ana I am writing this response for furniture expressThe customer [redacted] was told she would receive her delivery after o'clock never a particular time due to the guys having multiple deliveriesWhen the guys came in the next day my driver told me he rang [redacted] bell and she had started arguing with him about it so he apologised knowing it was lateWhen they brought the merchandise upstairs, they open the recliner set it up and [redacted] could not make a decision where to put the reclinerMy guys would put it in one place she wouldn't like it and told them repeatedly to move itThe drivers told her to sign the receipt so they could continue with their deliveries and she refused since the guys didn't want to continue moving the chair she didn't want anythingWe did tell [redacted] there is a 30% cancellation fee also there was an extra charge for us going to pick up the merchandise that is already placed and set up in her home [redacted] began to yell at my manager and she said she was taking us to court

The reply to my complaint (No#***). When I first came to the store I informed a sales rep(Jose) that I was interested in a bedroom set, He asked me How was my credit, I informed him that it was fair and he then said that he can approve me and my husband $1,each thru his bank. They never informed me how much or when I had to pay the loansHe asked for my debit card to check to see if it could be approved along with my I.D and Social Security numberThe next day I noticed they took $out of my checking account. I came back to the store and that's when the sales repinformed me that I had to pay $every two weeks, and I informed him please cancel that order because I can't afford to pay that amountI also called Tempoe and they said they can't cancel the order to inform the store. They never informed me or my husband (*** ***) that we had to pay 30% of the loan if we cancelIn fact they had the delivery going to a wrong location, see receiptI went to the store several times demanding the cancellation of bedroom set and my refundMoreover in the invoice he again made an error and put a sofa and a love seat instead of the bedroom set

they did not provide me with a new platform they came to the home and notices that the bed was in fact installed incorrectly and attempted to fix it and stated they cannot provide me with a new platformthey stated they could only provide me with drilling the screws on the platform tighter in hopes that is does not collapse once againI still have yet to hear from the *** directly as wellNo apology or compensation was provided and just recently my leg of the bed frame bended completely inward of the bed and I have attempted to call them back but no answerthe work in my opinion conducted by non other then non certified professionalsTotally disgusted with the services in all.

My complaint started because  the salesman sold me a recliner and sent a different one instead. We agreed on a recliner that we sent to the next afternoon. It was actually delivered 2 days after the date originally agreed on. The day of delivery I called several times to pin down a time for delivery. I was told 1pm, then was changed to 3pm after that I was that the driver was close and when call when he was near my house. About 7pm I called to get some information to the driver's location to estimate the time of delivery. I was told that he was given my number and would call about his location. At 8pm I heard someone beating very loudly at my door. It really scared my father and I because we were not expecting someone to knock so loudly agressively at my door. I have a buzzer which he could have used or at least called me when he was outside. He came in with an attitude and brought in a mattress which I had also purchased.  He took out a piece of paper resembling a receipt and said sign. I told him that I also purchased a chair. He waved his hands to gesture that he did not speak english. I tried explain more items. He left out and csme back in with box springs for the matress. hi this is furniture express the customer [redacted] used tempoe financing company her and her husband was approved 1500 each and they used both. They still have a balance of 2.334.88 due to the store. she came in and spoke to the manager she wanted to cancel the manager told her ok but...

there is a 30% on cancelled orders she didn't agree and left the store we will be happy to help her cancel but we have to follow policy. attached is her receipt with the policy on the bottom thank you and have a blessed day

Review: I purchased a bedroom in which included delivery and installment. They deliver my bed on 03-**-14 and the delivery installers did not have proper tools to install my in which I was not aware of until I witness them screwing on the screws to my platform bed with a pair of my scissors in which was asked during their arrival. I assumed they needed the scissors to open the boxes and to my surprise it was utilized to install my platform bed in which on 03-**-14 while my five year old son and I were laying on the bed my platform bed collapse. I call the company on the same day of the incident and spoke with [redacted] who then accused me of having hard sex on my bed and that being the caused of my bed breaking. I then disconnected the call after being insulted and called the store on 03-**-14 and spoke with [redacted] who requested me to send him pictures of the damage bed in which I send the photos via text and via email by shortly after I called again to received an update and [redacted] begins to apologize about his behavior with me and promise to have someone come to my home on 04-**-14 to view the bed he asked me to call him in the morning to set up a time in which I did, he agreed to have someone in my home on 04-**-14 at five pm and ask me to call him as soon as I head out of work in which I did and when I called he said he made a mistake and cannot send anyone to my home today and stated that he will send someone to my home on Sunday. I am currently sleeping on the floor with no support I have three bolge disc on my spine. Installment was incorrect and I ask [redacted] to provide with the [redacted]s name and contact information and he tells me he is the [redacted] and that his partner is [redacted] but on Monday when speaking with [redacted] I am told that [redacted] is just the [redacted] not the [redacted]. I am being denied of my rights to speak with the [redacted] and I am not being properly address by the employee and customer services is not being provided as should. can you please help me with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a new bed frame replace. I would like the [redacted] to be notified of this situation. I would like a thorough investigation in regards to the business being legitimate and the staff having proper working papers to work in this kind of establishment and equipped to install platform beds. I would like a thoroughly investigation on [redacted] and he should be fined for providing falsified information and pretending to be the [redacted] and denying the right to provide adequate service.

Review: ON FEB[redacted] 2015 AT 11:18 AM I WALKED INTO THE STORE AND WAS APPROACHED BY A SALES REPRESENTATIVE AND HE ASSISTED ME WITH PICKING OUT A BLACK LEATHER SECTIONAL SOFA WHICH HE TOLD ME THE PRICE WAS $899 . I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE AND DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE SECTIONAL SOFA. THE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE STORE THEN PROCEEDED TO MAKE THE NECESSARY ARRAIGNMENTS AND I PAID $1000 WHICH IS THE TOTAL PRICE INCLUDING SET UP AND DELIVERY. ON FEB. **, 2015 THE SOFA ARRIVED AND IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. I THEN CHECKED THE RECEIPT TO SEE IF THE ARTICLE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT AND THE BOXES MATCHED AND THEY DID. THEREFORE THE REPRESENTATIVE AT THE STORE ENTERED THE WRONG ITEM NUMBER. HE SAID THAT THE SOFA THE REPRESENTATIVE SOLD ME WAS 100% LEATHER AND THEREFORE WORTH $1500 AND THAT HE CAN SELL IT FOR $2000. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I DID NOT WANT THE SOFA THAT WAS DELIVERED TO ME. I JUST WANTED THE SOFA THAT I ORDERED. AS YOU CAN IMAGINE I WAS VERY UPSET AND BEGAN TO CRY I TOLD THE GUY ON THE PHONE THAT I DID NOT KNOW WHY I WAS BEING TREATED SO POORLY BECAUSE ALL I WANTED WAS TO EXCHANGED THE SOFA TO THE CORRECT COLOR. I EXPLAINED AGAIN THAT THE SOFAS WERE STILL IN THE BOX UNOPENED AND THAT I DID NOT WANT THEM. I ALSO LET HIM KNOW THAT I WAS GOING TO FILE THIS COMPLAINT AND VISIT THE STORE THE NEXT DAY WITH THE POLICE AND A LAWYER IF I HAD TO. THE GUY ON THE PHONE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO SEE WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO FOR ME AND THEN HUNG UP.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO GET AN APOLOGY FOR THE [redacted] FOR TREATING ME SO HORRIBLY. I WOULD LIKE THE SALES REP TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISTAKE AND IF I DO NOT GET THE EXCHANGE I WOULD LIKE A REFUND WITHOUT BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE 30% RESTOCKING FEE. IN ADDITION THE STORE HAS AN EXCHANGE WITHIN 24 HOURS AND NO REFUND POLICY, I WOULD LIKE FOR IT NOT TO APPLY TO ME OR ANY OTHER CONSUMER IN WHICH AN ERROR IS MADE BY THE COMPANY.

Review: onon March [redacted] I made a purchase of a bedroom set a living room set and a dining set everything arrived when it was supposed to except for my nightstand I keep going back to the store and making a complaint about why I haven't received my item I'll call them on the phone they say all the call you back in 5 minutes and they never called back I'm tired of the back and forth and I want this issue resolved.Desired Settlement: I want the nightstand that belongs with my bedroom set if they cannot give me the nightstand I want a refund of my money.
