RESPONSE TO complaint # [redacted] As Customer stated in complaint customer ordered was placed on 04-22-with (ESTIMATED DELIVERY 5-DAYS) estimated means not garanteed due to manufacturer productionThe order was delivered to customer house on 05-14- customer states wrong bedroom set was delivered which is not the casea cross support bracket was shipped in error by manufactuer.I placed an order immed which came in three day later on 05-17-we went to deliver correct part but was informed by customer that he cut down cross support leg him self therefore customer order is complete

To whom it may concern, Mr [redacted] (refer as 'the customer' [redacted] ) has purchased a pub table, (4)stools,and a bench from us on Feb 18,16' through no credit check finance company called "Merchand Prefered", and we delivered all the goods from our warehouse(all from the new boxes not from display as cutomer stated) where we have all the items above mentioned in stock at the timeWe always set up all the small items such as chairs and a bench and the table base in our warehouse before we even arrive at the customers place rather than inside customers place in order to not make a mess and to shorten the customers' waiting time etcThe big piece such as pub table top needs to be put together inside the customer's place due to the sizeAnd when we delivered all the items, the customer inspected and acknolowed itWhen the customer called me on WedMarch 2nd, and notified me of a frame on a bench that has a crack which he sent me a picture the next day , I have told him politely ,without any questions, that I would order the part and take care of it as soon as I receive the partAs soon as I received the part on the 7th I called the customer, no answer,so I left a messageI called several times after the 7th, still no response back from the customerThe bench frame has been ready for an exchange for the customerI and all of employees here at Furniture Factory always treat customers with a respect and appreciation I truely regret the fact that the customer felt otherwise, and I sincerely apologize for that.Thank you, Sincerely yours, Jerry M [redacted] Furniture Factory

first and formost I personal placed a call to the customerletting them know that there stairway chest was availble for pickupas stated on the original invoice we would call customer when item arrived which was donecustomer called back wanting delivery customer never wanted delivery from the
beginning therefore never paying for delivery.her stairway chest has been sitting here waiting to be picked up for over a week

Customer did come in to furniture factory to make a purchase on 03-13-2017. as promised here dining table 2 mattress'es and a mirror was delivered on the 03/18/2017.on the 03/23/2017 spoke with customer about bed which the manufacture actually made. a mistake on the bed size. the mistake was...

corrected shipped quickly. customer's son's bed had arrived. and originally they were suppose to bed delivered together customer offered to pay an extra $75.00 to have delivered on the 25 which also was done as promised.as far as the time for the sectional those are estimated time not guaranteed as the manufacture control's the shipping times not the store.customer was made aware from date of purchase that no times are guaranteed only estimated.Customer did arrive at store customer was told there sectional and bed would be delivered on April 10th which was loaded on our truck to make deliver. when calling to confirm customer would be home on 03-10-2017. Customer informed me that they were at the hospital having there baby and that he would call to rescheduled the delivery which he did I rescheduled for Saturday the 15th of April which as promised was delivered and assembled to the customer and was signed delivered in good condition.

Would like to speak to owner of company

the owner is not Available to speak with I am the general manager I run the entire business I did everything that was available to be done we received correct parts with in a very reasonable time frame. customer took it upon himself to modify incorrect parts new parts arrived and a delivery attempt was made customer refused say he fixed the bed. there is nothing more that needs done at. point    thank you! store manager  JERRY

Review: To whom it may concern,

My wife and me purchased a table with four chairs and a bench with the intention of getting a sturdy table that would accommodate my families needs. What we received was a "display" model with obvious wear that would indicate such, after only a couple weeks in my home it showed. The bench and the "sturdy" table as marketed by Jerry started to show signs of unwarranted wear which would indicate a display model being distributed to me upon purchase not the promised new table. The table and chairs were preassembled no boxes or assembly done what so ever to indicate brand new furniture was purchased. I could have chosen any furniture store to purchase from but chose Furniture Factory as my destination for my business, the lacks and time that is being exhibited to fix, exchange or refund the purchased equipment does not indicate that Furniture Factory appreciates their customers business. Word of mouth promotions for a business is an underestimated expression especially for local businesses, that look to bring in new customers not drive then away. I have contacted Jerry the manager at the previously mentioned establishment and have sent pictures of my cracked bench to be meet with "I will take care of it" but have not received a follow up or courtesy call on the status of what he will do to make it right. I am paying over $1,000 on a table that was retailed at $500 due to "taxes, delivery and other charges which can be called into question as well. Jerry's mockery and non concern when customers called about their needs with their furniture as witnessed by myself and wife seemed playful at first but reflection on my current situation it seems more troubling, someone that does not appreciate customer satisfaction should not be running a store, as an owner I would find this very troubling as I would want to bring in customers and keep them and not treat them as a quick money grab. Also when issues arise act with the urgency as if it was your furniture, and I'm sure if the purchase was your's you would want quality and would want things right. With that being said I would like to extend this opportunity to Furniture Factory to make things right whether it be an exchange or refund and to do the right thing in this particular circumstance.Desired Settlement: The owner of Furniture Factory to either exchange my purchase with a table that warrents the price or a refund of the loan through Merchants Preferred so I can return the furniture.
