Walked into the store and was not swarmed by salesmen, they let me and my wife look aroundAfter looking around and finding a mattress we loved they worked with us on a complete bedroom set, not only was it a very good price they worked with us on the paymentI will definitely go back as well as recommend everyone to stop in and see what they can do for you

However on 05/02 (the 14th business day) I was pressed for time as lam only a part time employee and had another job I had to be at and I dropped her refund off at my residence mailbox; which is an apartment complex mailbox. I should not have done this because we know, from past experiences, that this mail is not picked up daily as it should be by the postal worker. It was an error on my part and we apologize for the slight delay in Mrs. [redacted]' refund. But it should be to her any day now.

The only reason this is “unresolved” is because she wanted more money back than she paid to be compensated for her “emotional distress and the embarrassment of the grandchildren sleeping on blow up mattresses. all this time.” Red says he believes they disco’d the sleepers and we just had poor communication and could never get them to her. Also the refund was delayed in the mail.  She did get a full refund. I love this store! They have quality and beutiful furniture and pieces for hardworking individuals like me, without spending a fortune! The staff was friendly and professional and they are willing to go that "extra mile" to get you want and need!

My shopping experience was wonderful. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Our system was experience a computer malfunction and I could not process refunds onto cards fora few days. After contacting our computer system IT department I got the refunds working again and Mr. [redacted], our Castleton manager, processed the refund on 04/29 as I was not in the office that day. Again we apologize for the slight delay in her refund, but Ms. [redacted] should have received her refund days ago and if she has not she would need to contact the credit card company as we have sent the money back to them.

I will never give this company my business ever again, and have not 1 single good thing to say about it. I will tell everyone I know to never give this store there money! I purchased a bedroom set on 11/6/2016 and was told it would be in in 3-4 days. Great! Well 3 days 11/9/2016 later I get a call from the warehouse saying we have everything except for the dresser which is on back order until the 1st week of Dec. I let them know that would not work since we have family coming in for Thanksgiving and wished for a refund. They avoided that option and said to come in and pick something else out. I told the salesman that I only liked one other set which he had told me was not offered in a king size while we were at the store. He says he would check, and sure enough it did come in King. Why he never checked while we were there originally, I do not know. So I say lets order that one instead, he tells me I would need to spend more money in order to get 2 side tables. I say well lets do 1 and keep the price the same. He agrees, so he said the GM was in the store that day and put our order in directly so that would take off a couple days and we would for sure have it before Thanksgiving and that he would follow up with me the next week to let us know where the order is at. Ok great! Well that week came and gone and he never called me. I took it upon myself to call the warehouse to check on it and they said it will be here Monday So I call Monday 11/21/2016 and say okay where is my furniture, they say delivery time ended at 4pm so it would be in Tuesday 11/22/2016. Okay, So I call Tuesday and now they tell me it was a special order and takes 3-4wks which I was never told and it would be in 12/1/2016. So I called back Wednesday 11/23/2016 and Speak with the store manager who was verrrryyy rude and not willing to work with me at all. He stated that I got the furniture for way less than I should have and I could get a refund minus 20%. We both get very heated and I finally told him I was done speaking with him and to have the GM call me. He said he would have him call me after the holiday and weekend on 11/28/2016 and of course I never received a call, I also called all of there stores trying to track him down yet he was nowhere to be found. Well until 11/29/2016 when my husband popped in and sure enough he was there! Did I also mention that at that point they changed the date again saying it wouldn't be in until 12/6/2016 now. My husband spoke with our salesman, the store manager and the GM saying everything I have stated is not true, and they would only refund my money minus the 20% but if we did not have it by 12/06/2016 then at that point we could get a full refund. What do you know, my furniture came in on 12/05/2016. We were picking it up, and at no point did we get offered free delivery. So when my husband went to pick it up he inspected each item and found a screw missing in the drawer mechanism that holds the drawer in, a split board where they screwed to close to the edge, and 2 areas which were unstained. We were able to fix the screw and the unstained area are not seen luckily but if it wouldn't have taken a whole month to get this we would have sent the dresser back. If I knew this nightmare would have happened I would have stuck with my 1st order and just waited on the dress but our salesman was obviously very new and had no clue what he was doing and set very inaccurate expectations on everything! I have never had to deal with such bad service from anyone in my life, and hate that such a terrible company got my money and they will NEVER see me or anyone I know again!

I am not satisfied with this resolution because of four reasons: 1.From 4/12 -5/2/ 2014 we waited on a refund check, it never came. My husband and I went into the store and requested our money on 5/3/14 since we had not gotten it within 14 days and the manager on duty said that he could not give us the money the check was already written and we just had to wait for it.
2. The refund policy does not meet our situation at all as business policy state. And my husband and I paid cash for merchandise never received.
3. I have missed all of furniture sales and is forced to live in the condition of no beds for my grandchildren to sleep in because FFL still have my funds.
4. And last but not least although we went along with the policy that has no bearing on this situation we still have not received any money no merchandise as of this date 5/27/14. We would like to be fully refunded as well as monetary compensation for in which I am forced to be in due to the negligence of customer service or care of the consumer from this company. That was the money I had to purchase bedding for my grandchildren and now they are still without, this is not acceptable I am stressed out about this situation.

I have received my refund from this company but I do not believe what this company is saying seeing as how a woman responded and I was continuously told to call back for a male who was above the assistant manager.  Also the statements do not match up with dates that can be proven via phone records. If a company is experiencing technical problems they should inform the customer and not push them off while sitting on almost 400 dollars of someone else's money.  This company was not reported only so I could get a refund but so that other consumers do not have this same problem.  Not everyone can afford to have that money out of their accounts and afford to get other furniture.

Good Quality Furniture & Great Deals. We loved the customer service by Andrew. Picked up the entire set for the house. Delivery was smooth and on time as promised. Got a courtesy call 30 minutes before delivery. Highly recommended!! We will be going back for our guest room furniture soon.
