Mrs [redacted] ' refund was processed and put in the mail within the 10-business days that is our refund policyHowever on 05/(the 14th business day) I was pressed for time as lam only a part time employee and had another job I had to be at and I dropped her refund off at my residence mailbox; which is an apartment complex mailboxI should not have done this because we know, from past experiences, that this mail is not picked up daily as it should be by the postal workerIt was an error on my part and we apologize for the slight delay in Mrs [redacted] ' refundBut it should be to her any day now Susan [redacted] Office Manager Furniture For Less

Ms [redacted] 's refund was processed back onto the card she used to purchase on 04/Our system was experience a computer malfunction and I could not process refunds onto cards fora few daysAfter contacting our computer system IT department I got the refunds working again and Mr [redacted] , our Castleton manager, processed the refund on 04/as I was not in the office that dayAgain we apologize for the slight delay in her refund, but Ms [redacted] should have received her refund days ago and if she has not she would need to contact the credit card company as we have sent the money back to them Thank you, [redacted] Office Manager Furniture For Less

I will never give this company my business ever again, and have not single good thing to say about itI will tell everyone I know to never give this store there money! I purchased a bedroom set on 11/6/and was told it would be in in 3-daysGreat! Well days 11/9/later I get a call from the warehouse saying we have everything except for the dresser which is on back order until the 1st week of DecI let them know that would not work since we have family coming in for Thanksgiving and wished for a refundThey avoided that option and said to come in and pick something else outI told the salesman that I only liked one other set which he had told me was not offered in a king size while we were at the storeHe says he would check, and sure enough it did come in KingWhy he never checked while we were there originally, I do not knowSo I say lets order that one instead, he tells me I would need to spend more money in order to get side tablesI say well lets do and keep the price the sameHe agrees, so he said the GM was in the store that day and put our order in directly so that would take off a couple days and we would for sure have it before Thanksgiving and that he would follow up with me the next week to let us know where the order is atOk great! Well that week came and gone and he never called meI took it upon myself to call the warehouse to check on it and they said it will be here Monday So I call Monday 11/21/and say okay where is my furniture, they say delivery time ended at 4pm so it would be in Tuesday 11/22/Okay, So I call Tuesday and now they tell me it was a special order and takes 3-4wks which I was never told and it would be in 12/1/So I called back Wednesday 11/23/and Speak with the store manager who was verrrryyy rude and not willing to work with me at allHe stated that I got the furniture for way less than I should have and I could get a refund minus 20%We both get very heated and I finally told him I was done speaking with him and to have the GM call meHe said he would have him call me after the holiday and weekend on 11/28/and of course I never received a call, I also called all of there stores trying to track him down yet he was nowhere to be foundWell until 11/29/when my husband popped in and sure enough he was there! Did I also mention that at that point they changed the date again saying it wouldn't be in until 12/6/nowMy husband spoke with our salesman, the store manager and the GM saying everything I have stated is not true, and they would only refund my money minus the 20% but if we did not have it by 12/06/then at that point we could get a full refundWhat do you know, my furniture came in on 12/05/We were picking it up, and at no point did we get offered free deliverySo when my husband went to pick it up he inspected each item and found a screw missing in the drawer mechanism that holds the drawer in, a split board where they screwed to close to the edge, and areas which were unstainedWe were able to fix the screw and the unstained area are not seen luckily but if it wouldn't have taken a whole month to get this we would have sent the dresser backIf I knew this nightmare would have happened I would have stuck with my 1st order and just waited on the dress but our salesman was obviously very new and had no clue what he was doing and set very inaccurate expectations on everything! I have never had to deal with such bad service from anyone in my life, and hate that such a terrible company got my money and they will NEVER see me or anyone I know again!

On July 5, I requested my money back for coaching sessions stating, "I am not satisfied and would like my money back." His response was in part "...no refund.  Payment of $by cheque was made by me to MrElkin July for coaching servicesIn his promotional Coaching Package he states "Money Back Guarantee: If you do the program in good faith, practice regularly, do all of what I ask you to do but are not satisfied, you can have your money back!" I did not receive $worth of benefit and this was the result of MrElkin's communication styleHe at first offered to sell me more coaching sessions for $which I can not affordI therefore see no alternative than to receive my money back

I am rejecting this response because:It doesn't matter how much it cost did they tell me the bed would break down in six months? No or I would have not bought the bedAnd who repair there own bed? I'm not satisfyied with this at all how do decide what is wear and tear? Okay I'm asking for half of the purchase price of the bed

Our daughter recently moved into Blossom Building at [redacted] USC in Columbia, SC. It is a dorm associated with the University and New South Construction was extremely behind in completing the project. Since they had no where else to house the students they somehow received a cert of occupancy for move in over 2 weeks behind schedule just days before classes started. The building is still under construction with workers in hard hats attempting to finalize in haphazard fashion. The entire first floor is completely unfinished which is the only way to elevators. They obviously installed the furniture & appliances before they painted because there is paint over spray on everything. The grout work is up the walls, baseboards were cut the incorrect length and left unattached in spots. The showers don't drain, the faucets leak, the finish work is horrible and actually embarrassing. The security isn't installed which means the students are living in an unsecured building, the call boxes have wires hanging out of them meaning they are also nonfunctioning. One day the students were without water for over 9 hours in their apartments. I've placed many calls & complained on social media, only for them to respond asking for my email address & have yet to contact me over 2 weeks later regardless that I've called their office in Atlanta numerous times. They have zero customer service and honestly seem not to care that they have hundreds of students with annoyed parents, concerned about their student's safety. It could have been an amazing facility if completed properly and in a timely fashion. Obviously they were running behind and decided to cut many corners which resulted in extremely poor quality for their occupants. I'm still trying to get someone to answer when they anticipate the construction being complete while they pretend it's a phenomenal project that they're proud of.

The customer came in and asked for an inexpensive twin mattress/frame in a box.  We started with the lowest promotional one for $129.99.  The one next to it was $169.99.  She chose the one for $169.99 which has a different fabric which is why it is called Crazy Quilt.  We told...

her the fabric would be different but the spring unit would be the same.  They put different fabrics on each one so it will never be the same, blue, yellow, brown or whatever.  We don't sell the display but got hte Crazy Quilt from the warehouse.  We delivered it to her, and the total was $214.99 plus tax and delivery.  We gave her a delivery special which was only $27, which is normally over $80.  This was an inexpensive mattress, so she got what she paid for.  The sale date was 8/27 and she called in mid-September and said we didn't give her the right mattress, and my salesperson explained it to her.  My salesperson said if she wasn't happy with it, she could bring it in and we could get her a better quality mattress and she could pay the difference.  Our policy is only 48 hours for return because if you lay on it, we cannot sell it to another customer.  She waited a couple weeks before she called to complain.
