Where to begin. There's nothing like spending $17k on a house full of furniture and a year later, to still be waiting on 5 pieces of a 13 piece order. Unless it's being ignored every time you contact them via email. Funny, they used to answer promptly when I was making a payment or discussing options for my house. So weird, right? Then it's really interesting when you send copies of your unanswered correspondence about your missing order to the CEO of the company and you STILL DON'T get a response. Seems the problems start right at the top. The upshot is you should not do business with this company. I should have checked to see if they were Revdex.com accredited before sending them a check for these furnishings. I doubt that I will ever hear from them, period. I was told that I'd be getting everything last week except my coffee table and fireplace. Imagine my dismay to find that 2 dining chairs remain missing, along with my bed! They can't do anything right. I am heartbroken. But I am out of state and I know that I'll be left holding the bag.

Review: I custom ordered $30K furniture from this business in Sept 2014. I scheduled for Sept 8, 2015 delivery. On the delivery date, no calls to confirm delivery from the company. I received 0 status update on the delivery. When I called / emailed them after the missed delivery, no one told me what happened and said "delivery will occur in a week." After that, I never receive status updates from them again. I had to chase left and right, with no answers. This dragged on until finally delivery was made on Oct 16.

Despite the original written agreement of "full payment after delivery only" they charge the full balance in Aug 2015.

On the Oct 16, 2105 delivery, 50% of the furniture were defective. Some were severely damaged and not delivered. Some are minor issues which require repairs. I reached out to Merchant for resolution and no answers other than their usual stalling trick "I will call you tomorrow which never occurs."

The customer service is so terrible!Desired Settlement: 1. full refund of 2 items severely damaged and not delivered. Sofa and love seat.

2. Repair of the delivered but defective glass shelf.

3. Compensate me for delivering 40 days late and consistently failing to respond to my inquiries.

Review: I paid over $1,700 cash for a chair over three weeks ago. I was told, being this company is only 2 miles away I would be receiving my chair within 2 weeks maximum. Its been over 3weeks and all I get are e-mails from shipping and logistics apologizing for the delay and thanking me for my patience. When I call the company the saleswoman (always the same woman) tells me the shipping personnel are at lunch or that she will let them know I called. All the shipping department ever says in their e-mail is that my transaction is being processed. The last e-mail stated that the item has to be shipped cross country and this is the reason it is taking so long.

I called the saleswoman after that e-mail and asked what are they talking about? The chair is being shipped from their company in Costa Mesa. She tells me she will talk to them and get back to me. I then get an e-mail that their logistics department is working on my shipment date.

Today at 2:15pm I get an e-mail stating, "A transaction related to you is being processed in our system. To track this transaction you will need GOOGLE CHROME and you will need to have the latest update on your desktop or mobile phone."

When I try to reply it reads, "This is a non-monitored e-mail address."

I'm tired of the run around and want to know what's going on here.Desired Settlement: Delivery within the next 2 days or refund my money.

Review: I ordered $13,000+ of furniture from this business... (over 8 months) finally got delivery of furniture 2 weeks ago ...Tuesday May 12, 2015.

2 pieces were damaged. Delivery company was heading to MN and on return trip they advised me that they would have the pieces brought up from Atlanta and that they would meet here in TN and finish up my delivery. That did not happen.

I received a voicemail message from the delivery company advising me that next week (May 18, 2015) the company was going to NY and would get my pieces from their warehouse in NY and return to TN and deliver to me Saturday May 23, 2015....(this being of course--Memorial Weekend) That did not happen...

I have not heard anything from Furniture From Home or the delivery company (Info Only)...

Advised Furniture From Home and delivery company via voicemail messages that I would turn them in to the Revdex.com if I hadn't heard from them by today.Desired Settlement: I want my two NEW PIECES delivered ( a footboard for the bed and a dresser ) I want it immediately and a refund of my last two payments totaling $3027.46 to cover all the stress, anxiety, non-delivery of items, lies I was told; not to mention the horrific experience I have had to deal with in the whole matter.
