I am rejecting this response because: this is not really what happenedThe business has said the same for other customersWe are the most calm people and the only reason we wanted the money to be delivered was because we were tired of going to the businessThe business never called to update us or not any update when we went to the warehouseIt was just taking so long that we wanted our money back plus they weren't even sure when the furniture will arrive until the final day which I told me I will come pickup the moneyWe were professional and calm throughout the purchase and waiting period this can be confirmed by sales person ***

We received a call on July 20th from [redacted] stating that he had finished paying off his furniture and he mentioned he wanted to re-apply to purchase more furnitureWe told him that we will re-submit his application that was already in the system and that we will call him back with the approval amount [redacted] one of our sales person called him back and told him we had been approved for $1,He then said that he had never ask us to re-submit his applicationWe talked to him and told him that he called us to do re-submit his applications less than minutes ago, we explained to him that we do not have access to his social security number or his credit reportThe finance company already has him in the system because of his first purchase, so we don't see any of his personal informationHe called a couple of hours later and said he had seen a bedroom set that was a little over $2,financed price and wanted us to give him a deal for the $1,he was approved for, which the manager approved since he was a returning customerBut then he wanted to add an extra night stand that was $cash price, plus he asked for a couple hundreds dollars off from the $1,We told him we had already given him a good deal, with at least $dollars off and that we couldn't give him the extra night stand for freeHe said that if we didn't give him the extra night stand plus a couple of more hundred dollars off he will contact his "lawyers" immediately and sue us for running his credit card applicationHe started making threats, tried to blackmail us, said he was going to sue us and the finance company, started getting angryHe started harassing [redacted] , calling non stop and he would get angry and agitated when another sales person would answer the phoneThen he called us non stop for a few hours, wouldn't let us talk, would hang up and call the office, then call our cellphone, and so onI, [redacted] contacted the finance company and explained the situation and terminated his approval applicationI then emailed Mr [redacted] at [redacted] @gmail.com and told him that I had decided to terminate his approval application, I explained to him that we don't deal with people who threaten us, blackmail us, or aggressive customersI am forwarding the email that I sent him on July 21stPlease let Mr [redacted] know that he is no longer welcome at any of our family stores, if he comes in and starts making threats we will be obligated to notify the Modesto Police DepartmentThank you

Customer ordered a Bedroom Set from a catalog that we did not have in stockHe was aware that it would take a minimum of weeks to arrive, we made sure his receipt reflected thatHe started getting desperate and demanded a full refundI personally tried to talk to him and explained to him that it was kind of hard to cancel after this long because we already had a confirmed shipment from the company’s driverHe started screaming at me, he said the reason he wanted to cancel was because he had gone to another Furniture store and needed the money to pay themHe had already picked up the mattresses in his order and still demanded a full refundI went outside to grab some papers that prove that our shipment was about to come in and they were in my car, customer because very aggressiveHe sarted screaming at me and followed me to my car, he yelled at my face, insulted me and he got very aggressive and he threatened me to go to his houseHe was so agitated that I truly believe the only reason he didn’t assault me is because he’s son felt asleep in his armsIf it wasn’t for that he would if assaulted me in the our parking lotHe’s on our surveillance cámarasPlease tell customer to only reach us in writing, he is no longer welcome to our store since I’m in fear that he might try to hurt me
