Hi this is me [redacted] I recieved a letter Revdex.com Business Bureau regarding the response from the seller everything they had sent in the letter is a complete lie , the day they called me they told me my furniture is right to their place , and they told to come over to let them know what to deliver the furniture into my houseI told I am coming over to see the furniture before they delivered it to see if it is the right color and the right fabric and I went to store the store manager and I told Amad can I let me see the furniture before it is delivered to my houseAnd he said "no you cant see it dont worry everything is the same and he said a five year warranty, and also the day they delivered to young man when rode to my house I said Oh My God!! It isnt the color that I order I told them to take the furnitureOne of them was rude and on a hurry and he said he wanted to deliver other furniture so he couldn't take my furniture back to the truck He told me to contact the store manageri contacted the store manager on the same day on Saturdays I called the manager and he wasnt thereEvery following days I kept contacting the store employees, and the employees said he's not thereI just went there on Monday 5:pm I found the employee and he told me to wait minutes and waited more than mins and when he finally came I sat open the book and had the picture of the furniture that they sent meAnd I told can you come here so I could show the picture I took in my house and he Said " No I can't talk to you and I am hungry" he refused to talk to me and look at the picture, he was so rude to me cursing at me I dont care if your husband or your mother or father is mad at you because you came here to change if you want you can take us to court or do whatever you want I am not giving money back or exchange itAlso they have no right to talk to my husband I am the one who bought the furniture with my own cash with out my husband and signatureThe employee one of my family members he is the one to give out my husband phone numberThey were supposed to call me not my husband also he told my husband he is going to talk to his father to exchange the furniture I did not see my furniture face to face I have seen it in the book, I ordered dark baige and they sent a white colored furnitureI have never experienced a business like this a rude manager to be rude to a customer I have no interest to be lied to the message I sent this letter is 100% true

I Amad store manager is also the salesperson who sold ms *** ** the sectional which she choose she chooses the beige We deliver it weeks later she comes in saying her kids might get it dirty it's too light I told her their is no way to take furniture back after it left the store and
used it we treat all customers equally I wouldn't be able to return it or sell it to a customer as its new its used after weeks it's considered used and esbecially after weeks and not saying anything for a whole weeks is odd and fishy ...to come tell me it's too light after weeks very fishy to tell you a little more bout the invoice which has points or signature above the first one is the signature is to agree to terms after you order something their is no returns or exchanges the second x is before you sign to make sure it's right product color not defective etc after you recieved it inspect it make sure it's the right color you sign where she did sign it also I Always ask my drivers how was everything after every delivery ...they said everything was fine ....no complaining of anything color wise they told me she was happy , also bout a week after purchasing she came to nagotiate on some leather furniture and I asked her as I ask every customer how is everything she said it was fine weeks later she comes in saying it's too light my kids going to get it dirty I told her their is no way we can take anything back esbecially after using for weeks why has she been silent no complaints only after weeks to come and tell me it's too light and sign she recieved the above merchandise on reciept in good condition , later on she sends her husband comes in and talked to one of my employees Sido who's his friend also from they're same country me and my employee Sido sat and had a peaceful talk to her husband told him their is no way to take back after weeks of use ...he left saying I understand he was happy he said it's just my wife complaining I'm good ....we treat all customers equally when you purchase something if it's the same day un used we might be able to exchange as humanian help but not after near a month of use of also silence no complaint to come tell me it's too light she signs the second x recieved above merchandise in good condition no complaints to drivers or store only after 2-weeks pretty odd dosent make sense .Sent from my ***

She only canceled washer and dryer prior as you see on the delivery paper of scratching off the washer and dryer prior everything else took in good condition and her signature after receiving above merchandise in good condition which means after inspecting making sure right color right sectional then you sign which she did after delivery Done ....she comes in 2 weeks later after use  saying it's too light my kids gona get it dirty too light ....can't do anything after 2-3 week of use sorry .....if you have any questions call me at [redacted] direct also she verbally ok to driver as he has a great habit of asking every customer  everything good she confirmed and signed .

[redacted] I recieved the response of furniture land the 1st time I come to the furniture land I see use [redacted] washer and dryer he said $700 I give hem $700 on April 9 - 17 come back on April 20th 17 to pick up the washer and dryer he said he talk to his uncle he said his uncle said he do not want to sell it no more.  and I said than give me my money back and he said no money back and that's when I end buying the sectionals and end adding more money to order the sectional, they never sold me the washer and dryer. That is only peas of receipt they give me
