In respond to the letter we just received on 04/15/from (Revdex.com) Case Id: [redacted] .The complaint was submitted to you before he even received the merchandiseWedelivered the furniture on 04/01/And the complaint date per your letter is03/29/2016.The customer was changing from item number [redacted] from [redacted] to item number ***From [redacted] Company which we have only sofa and love set in stack and thecustomer agreed about ordering the wedge for him on 03/29/and he has to waitfor it between to weeks which is not over yet and he signed and agreed for all thatwe will deliver for him his wedge as soon as we receive itBest regards date: 04/20/2016Best regardsStore manager MrK***Furniture LandEBroad Street Whitehall, OH

We have received you letter according the customer [redacted] address: [redacted] Columbus Ohio 43230 phone number [redacted] that complaint about product issues, she said that the living room furniture she received is not new but we only have new furniture in the store and what... she get was new you can send whoever you want to check the store to confirm that. We also have company from the city that comes to the store to check for any bed bugs or any insect we never have anything like that and about the finance she said that she didn't know about the 90 days no interest we actually inform the customer about that and we also give to all our customers the finance company phone number and we tell them to make sure that they call the finance company and setup the payment with them for 90 days to avoid the interest and we have a big sign that sais 90 days payments option at the front of the store and we also have the little pocket signs that customer take with them and it explains everything about how they work more than that they send all the information to the customer e-mail and the explain that on the contract she signed with them so if she have not contact them that something she need to talk to them about it we don't have anything to do we that.

We just want to inform you that *** *** received everything he bought from Furnitureland in good condition as he signed for except the wedge which we have ordered for him butthe manufacture send wrong one that why we called him to either order the right one or get the cost money for it if he can't wait and he actually come to the store and get the check number *** foe $as refund for the wedge so the problem solved as he agreed and signed forthatThis is copy of the check he received and his signature on the invoice.Furniture land manager: Sam S***

Hello this is the store owner Ahmad , *** *** states he paid full price which is wrong the sofa love recliner set was the wedge was and the twin Matt and box spring are 150set*3= twin Matt sets+ 399wedge+1699sofalove +tax +60delivery =total that's full price as you claimed you paid full price which is wrong ....post your reciept proof it it will show you paid nearalmost dollars off then his girl calls says I'm short we say that's fine and free delivery ....then he came to the shop upset claiming he got a floor sample ...you have to be extra patient we get all sorts of customers ...we work with customers were flexible I don't think their is store owner as patient as me so he comes I offer a Catnapper sectional with gel memory foam inserts dollars more expensive set at no extra charge for no reason he's happy walking shaking hands repeatedly are you coming tonight and then we assure him yes get this complain saying he just wants to see us suffer low rank I called him saying are you ok what's up ah man how's the furniture tells me everything good that was my mom complaining wasn't me ....all I want to say who ever is complaining be honest tell me who you are what you want call me 614-852-be honest talk to me cause when I talk to you you tell me everything is fine ...then you complain I'm confused I feel like someone is bipolar, I'm confused He's welcome anytime they bought twice already I guess he keeps coming back hes welcome anytime

Granted the furniture was exchanged with out incident, however, the rug that I had initially bought with the original purchase was not given to me, I had to go back a gain, to exchange itThis is due to lack of focus on the customer request and focus on their inventory locations in their own place of businessAlso, as I stated, this is the SECOND time I have dealt with him and the store and had this same incident happen, and once the threat of reporting is brought up, then suddenly he wants to rectify and give higher quality merchandise, and pretend as if nothing has ever happenedI know that if I have had it done to me twice, then I can only imagine how many other people this has been done to, and they have not reportedThe business needs to be either reprimanded, or the report needs to be made available for people to know what they are dealing with because it is not fairit is not fair to make a sale, that is not cheap mind you, and then give the customer cheap, less than expected quality furniture (floor models) unknowingly for full priceNone of the major stores do that, so this business, along with any others, should be held to the same standardI specifically told Ahmed at the time of the sale that we had gone through the same situation in a past sale with him, and that I expected to not have to go through it again, not to be given the floor models, or anything that was not brand new and out of the warehouseWhen I wet to the store to bring the situation to his attention, the place where the furniture sat on display, was gone and being delivered to my houseHe also tried to get me to sign off on the delivery before they even took it off the truck for me to see itThat also is not acceptableThat simply tells me that they are getting away with not being liable for the mistakes that are purposely being made.Please make my report public and hold them responsible for their actions

I'd number *** hello this is Sam store manager at Furnitureland I spoke to mr *** today the 8th of August bout it I had told him didn't I give you a dollar more expensive sectional at no extra cost to you ..he said everything is fine , .he said his mom complained without his

And he got into a heated argument with the sales person that resulted in more discount.· We also have the invoice with his signature in the box indicating received above merchandise in good condition box.· Up on request we can fax or email a copy of the invoice #3655 that concurs with the above respond.Best regardsStore managerMr. K[redacted]

I received most of my furnitures except my wage which was written on my receipt that they were going to order it on 03/29/2016 and it was going to take from 6 to 8 weeks to received it. I called the manager two day ago and I ask him about the wage and he told me that he was waiting for the company to respond him, that he was gonna call me when he gets it. But to be honest I don't trust him, because before they delivered my goods he called me day before trying to offer me something different. So I  just want to get my wage.

Consumer called Revdex.com and stated that he decided to accept a $200 refund because he did not wish to pursue the complaint further. He has picked his refund up from the store and thanked Revdex.com for their assistance.
