This is totally he has lied to me and now is trying to lie to Revdex.com I have no reason to lie I have purchased furniture from other stores all while dealing with this establishment from value city furniture establishment and Ashley furniture store so I definitely don't appreciate this manager / owner stating I'm trying to get free furniture and I need to buy my furniture like a MAN cause last time I checked I was a MAN regardless how he feel cause I filed an complaint against his establishment That has lied to me on multiple occasions he never gave me free delivery his former employee put the money in his pocket and we counted the money on camera if he says im lying and the guy sold me and promised me the dinning room table for 00$ the guys name is rick and he no longer works there they told me a made up story about the company who makes the table and I called the company myself to order the table since they said its no longer available what the real problem was is rick sold me the table for way cheaper than what it was suppose to be and when the owner or manager found out he contacted me and tried to get me to get something else by saying its on back order its not available for a time period he thought I wouldnt wait but I wanted that specific table so I did I waited for 3months just for him to deliver me a table with no chairs and then act as if he dont know where the chairs are its BS and for him to say he gave me 1100$ total check is a lie I have the ablility to get a copy of the check he saying he contacted me a week after purchase I can pull phone records everything im saying is actual and factual with ways to prove these are lies this guy has no regard for customers as you can tell from his reply who talks that way about customers who spend they money in your store only someone who could careless and I have text messages to show more of what im saying never did I call and threaten anyone especially not the lady kacy that he is referring to I had high respects of her and I have texts messages to prove that also I only called to address that he was lying to me about the table not being available and I did use profanity which I could of handle the situation better but im frustrated and fed up with this horrible establishment never did I call her out of her name or anything disrectspectful except calling them all liars with a few words I could of chose better I tried to work this out with this manager/owner but he has no regard for customers he seems to feel im only out to scam him cause he's a rich made man and im not on his level this is in his words I dont deserve quality service I guess nor quality furniture im stuck with a damage chair that he did take 30% off which was no other options for me to take cause he said its no longer available I didnt come in there looking for a deal or looking to buy damage furniture I came to buy quality furniture which I was promised now in his reply he states that I brought a chair sofa and loveseat which should have been way more I came into the store and paid what the asking price was so he wants me to appreciate buying the furniture that should of been more instead of him appreciating my business he didn't give me anything I gave him my business but again this shows his lack of appreciating the customer cause he is a rich made man so I ahouldnt feel like a victim instead im an unappreciative peasant in his eyes and thats the most disrespectful bs ive ever encounter with a business and this is totally unacceptable

Furniture land ohio has been in contact with this customer he is coming to receive a refund the table was put on backorder we offered a refund but he still wanted to wait for this item

Your answer was vague. Contact the credit department? Your credit department or my Credit Union? If your Credit Department, what is the contact info? Do I just call your store phone number ###-###-#### or another phone number?

Hi this is Mohammed on duty store manager I contacted mr RJ that’s the name I have on his invoices soons I found out that his table on back order like a week after he made the purchased I offered him money back for the table or come pick anther table he paid $on 3pc Leather set worth double that and paid $on table set so we had his furniture in stock the living room so he asked if I can deliver the living room free of charge cost $for delivery he had pick for me to keep the table on order I told him I need to finish your order he wasn’t ready for his delivery andNow after I gave him free delivery and his the dinner cost and extra $a check worth $total he still acting like someone is lied to him and I did everything u asked me for and more I need my delivery charge and my two hundred dollar I gave to him now you feel what I feel why u asked for money if u still not happy and sign the paper asking for free bench and trying to threat a girl working here be a man and get money the real way not trying to scams stores for free furniture

hello our priory to have our customers to be happy we have delivered the set what was ordered and after gets in there home *** *** decided they don't like it or doesn't match there place saying it has damage we wanted to take of them which cost money and time to go
and exchange to another set they inspected the set and signed its all in great condition came brand new out of the box the driver stated that some of them liked it some of them in there house did notthe driver took the papers brought them to storethe next day one of the family member called saying its damaged we have deliver and signed document they inspected and agreed ob the store terms

There has been no communication from Furniture Land from past weeks and the leaf is not delivered

Leaf will be exchanged 2-weeks on order

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and accept the response at this point but the issue remains unresolved until the item is delivered and installed at my houseThey gave me similar committments
on previous two occasions but on both occasions the issue remained unresolvedEither the part was compatible but was damaged or the part was undamaged and uncompatibleI would need this dispute to remain unresolved until they come and install the partOn another occasion they adviced me to pick the part from the store but that doesnt help as I will be in no position to judge or know if the part is compatible and is the right oneI just dont want to accept anything at the store that is not going to work and then fall in the same loop.I appreciate the assistance from Revdex.com and also from Furniture Land to make another attempt to resolve this issue

I would like the express my gratitude for the help you provide in trying to resolve my complaint. My Credit Union explained to me that, even though my credit card was fraudulently used to purchase $375 it could take up to 30-45 days to receive a resolution. When I called Furniture Land and explained what happened and they decided to not help me I did not know what to do. Through you service you not only gave me a tool to be heard but got the attention of this company to try to do the right thing and help me and move on to report the crime.Your service has worked so well, after my last Rejection letter, Furniture Land deposited $375 back into my account. Unfortunately now I can't acknowledge this. Is there anyway you can add my approval that Furniture Land had deposited the money into my account to achieve some resolution to this nightmare? I am still going forward with Filing Identity Theft Charges to maybe find the perpetrator that to advantage of my carelessness. I would like this complaint still be present to show people if this happens to you the Revdex.com could help more than anything else short of a team of lawyers and police or paid service of an Identity Protection Service, that I will now seriously check you.Thanks again for your desperately needed service.

You can contact the credit department about it you did not come to store we can not release info over phone

they refunded my for the table I order and was promised they took 30% off my chair that was damaged the...

problem I have is they lied to me over and over again told me the table is not available I called the homeglane company myself and they said it is in stock the owner or manager over @ furniture land ohio told me it was not the original employee who did the sale with me charged me 850.00 + tax and I guess when the owner found out what the guy did he let him go and then contacted me telling a bunch of lies and saying the table would not be available for this amount of time he didn't realize I didn't mine waiting for that specific table for the time period he quoted the actual price for that table is 1115.00 for what I orderd from them when I contacted homeglance. After I waited 3 months for the table I specifically wanted they deliver me the table with some other chairs and they all play stupid like they have no idea where the chairs are that was suppose to come with the table I'm very upset with this type of business and when I went to get my money back for the table and to have the problem fix about my damaged chair which he said he could not replace I had to sign a paper saying I'm satisfied with this to receive the money back after I told him I wasn't I feel I was totally took advantage of and was not treated as a fair customer they have no regard for the consumer I bunch of lies have been told to me from employee to manager or owner and I hope something can be resolve from this please.
