request furniture to be exchanged for more suitable peicepurchase on dec 11 2015 reouested return week later for exchange was told mgr had to okay but was not in. Had a death in family which delayed my return for a few days. was told receipt said no returns or refunds but was not given receipt with that info untill tranaction was complete. paid with in store financing /////Desired Settlementmerchandize exchange /////

Bed was not ready when arrived. Had to take floor sample. Correct slats not sent with order and ended up having to buy them. I am writing to complain about my purchase of a twin bed and twin mattresses. I purchased this item on 7/26/14 from [redacted]. I paid in full for item on that day and informed him I would pick the item up on Friday. On Friday, August 1, I arrived with my husband to get the bed and mattresses and was informed that there was a problem. It would not be there until Monday. I was never informed the item was not in your warehouse or that it had to be ordered. I needed the bed because I was moving my mother who has Alzheimer's to a facility in another state on Sunday. I was offered the display item which had scuffs and scratches on the rails. They offered me a discount. I would not have agreed to the discount except that it was raining and I did not want to shop in the rain. So I agreed to $75 credit on my card. The warehouse crew proceeded to load the bed and mattresses. When we arrived in WV on Sunday evening and was putting my mother's bed together, we found that the slats they gave us did not fit. My mother was already upset because her routine was disrupted and now she couldn't go to bed. My son knew the manager at a furniture store there and called him. He left his home on a Sunday night and went to his store so my son could get slats that would fit the bed. What great customer service is that!! My mother is 81 and couldn't sleep on the floor.The $75 refunded me nowhere made up for the extra cost, aggravation, and disruption. I had already agreed to scratched furniture which I was supposed to be buying new. This is terrible customer service. I feel that I should be reimbursed for the cost of the slats and aggravation that I was put through. The company charged me $15 for the slats and $25 to come out and open up on a Sunday night. I wrote to Firniture Liquidators about this issue and was totally ignored. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I have family who used to buy from them but will NO longer. Desired SettlementI would like to be reimbursed the $40 it cost me in charges to get the slats from another store on a Sunday night.
