Furniture Man & More

On August 7th I decided to purchase a bedroom set. Sent photos of the set I wanted. I was asked for my name and number. Shortly after I received a phone call. We discussed the set. I asked that I have the dresser, the nightstand, and the bed frame. Asked about the bench that was in the photo as well and was told that the bench does not come with the set. Ok cool. I placed the order anyway. After I was sent the invoice. I waited like 2 days then sent the money to Ms. Donna. I called her to inform the money was sent. I was told the bed was on backorder and she would call me with an update. I didn't receive a call so I decided to call her the next day or two. She told me like yea I have you for delivery tomorrow (Tuesday) I'm all excited. Next day gets here. No delivery. No call. Thursday I received a call. She told me my delivery would be the next day (Friday) between 4-7pm. Friday gets here. It's like 6:45pm. I haven't heard anything. I called her. No answer. No callback. I called back around 7:45pm. She told me he's setting up in Southfield I'm next. I'm like ok. Next thing I know it's 10pm. Still nothing. I called her back. She's like yea something about the driver not having help blasé blasé but he's coming. At 11:40pm I received a call that he was on his way. She did ask did I want him to come or did I want to wait. I have to work Saturday and Sunday all day. I didn't have a choice. Midnight gets here. Nothing. 12:30am gets here. Nothing. I decided my baby and I are going to go ahead and lay down. Soon as, my uncle like they're here. It's *** near 1am. Super unprofessional. They come in I show them where I want things to go and I step out. Minutes later I decided to look in. I have absolutely nothing I asked to have. It's the completely wrong set. I called Ms. Donna to let her know. After minutes of going back and forth over what I sent her and repeatedly telling me it's more but she'll give it to me for the inconvenience. I don't want any Funiture. I want a refund.
