It should be noted that this is a 'Commercial' debt collection and not consumer/personal debt. However, I have instructed all FMCA staff to honor complainant's Desired Resolution of:
"I want this person to not leave harassing voice messages on...
our answering machine. He can leave his name and phone number, or he can email the owner at the email they had provided."
Therefore, there will be no voicemail left on the company's voicemail system other than name and phone number.
