I had a desk delivered to my home on Jan but it was too big to get into my officeThe delivery men took it back and I was told I'd get a refundI call on Feb to ask about the status of my refundI was told that my refund had already been processed on there end and I was just waiting on the bankI was told that the refund would be complete Thursday (the 4th)I got a call on the 10thThe caller asked me when I wanted the desk deliveredI informed that I returned the desk because it was too big and that I should have already received a refund He said he'd "get it done"It's the 15th and still don't have my refund

We purchased a Franklin sectional Franklin furniture said we needed to call the place we bought furniture from I contacted *** from Furniture Market on October 6, He asked me to send pictures of the issues with the sectional I sent the pictures via email at 12:44pm I sent several emails with several attachments On October 19, 2017, since we hadn't heard anything, my wife called and spoke to a sales person *** was busy so she asked that he call back as he was the Manager dealing with our issuesOn Octpber 25, my wife left *** another message to call, as we will hadn't heard from him On November 1, my wife tried again The sales person said he was in a meeting and woild call in minutes As of 5:50pm on November 3, 2017, we haven't heard anything from Furniture Market Our furniture is less than months old, and the furniture is falling apart

I purchased a mattress with Furniture Market on 07/10/and was told it should be in their warehouse to pick up within a few daysI never received an email with tracking information as I was told I wouldI had to call AGAIN after a week (never received tracking info) of waiting only to find out it will be another weekI picked up my mattress on 07/28/Slept on it a few days and found that maybe this isn't the right fit for meI called their location on 08/03/only to receive a disgruntled "HELLO" on the other end, bordering on a "WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" to ask about the warranty for my brand new mattressThe man quickly stated there was NO WARRANTYHe then got a lady on the phone and said that I had to have purchased a protector from them and then sleep on it for full days in order for any warranty to applyI was never offered this protector and I was never advised of their warranty policyShe got my contact information to have the manager call me back and I've been waiting since thenAlmost a full week now and haven't heard anything yetI'm almost afraid to even call them again since every time I call it's a rude employee

I would never purchase anything from this company again. We purchased a sectional and were told at the checkout, right after we paid, that there are no refunds or returns. Should have been a red flag then. The frame was damaged when it arrived, but you couldn't tell that by just looking at it. It wasn't until we actually sat on the sofa that we realized there was a problem. It sank in the middle every time you sat on it. We couldn't get an exchange for the damaged item, instead it took two weeks for a repair person to show up. Then it took another week or two for them to come back and pick up the sofa after they inspected it and acknowledged that the frame wasn't built correctly and was damaged. Even after being repaired, it makes a noise when you sit on it. Wasted almost $2,000 on a sofa nobody will sit on because it is so uncomfortable. Now we have to buy a new sofa. Their furniture is poorly constructed and uncomfortable. Worst piece of furniture I ever purchased!
