and a few other services on mattress sets priced over $599.00. However, as stated in our advertising disclaimer, these free items only apply to regularly priced items and exclude any .The [redacted]s purchased a queen size mattress and box spring set on April 5th 2014. The item they purchased was a deeply discounted FLOOR SAMPLE item and as such this transaction was represented as a FINAL SALE and sold as is with no further discounts or offers.At the time of the purchase it was explained to the customer that no further discounts or allowances could be made. It was clearly stated that they would be responsible for the $60 delivery charge and they agreed and then eventually paid without incidence. In addition, their signature on their sales invoice acknowledged their understanding. A copy of the original sales involce is attached for your reference.The accusations that the [redacted]s are making are entirely false and we maintain that we did nothing wrong and have met all of our obligations in this transaction. The terms of the sale were fully explained and understood at the time of purchase as evidenced by their signature acknowledging such.However, we do understand that misunderstandings can and do sometimes happen. For that reason and to maintain good will with our customer, we will honor their request and refund the full $60.00 delivery charge. A refund check will be mailed out to the customer within 30 days from the date of this letter.Our policy is and has always been to maintain complete customer satisfaction and we hope with this resolution we have met that benchmark in this case.
