Review: I custom ordered a leather headboard from Furniture and Mattress Center paying $549.52 PLUS an extra $75.00 for delivery in FULL, in advance. The company set up and never showed for three delivery appointments, which I took off from work for. On the fourth scheduled appointment the delivery came THREE hours after the scheduled time, only because I threatened to call The Revdex.com. When they FINALLY came, the incorrect product was delivered. I called the store for an explanation and I was passed from representative to representative. They agreed that I got the wrong product, but didn't offer me the correct product in exchange. [redacted] got on the phone and said, come to the store on Sunday and pick out what you want. I went to the store today (Sunday), an hour's drive, and [redacted] was not present and there were absolutely NO leather headboards in their store.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund OR the custom headboard that I ordered.

Review: I placed the order with this company on September [redacted] 2013, Labor Day for a dining set. The invoice said they will deliver in 2 weeks. I kept on following with the company by calling them and they kept delaying till October end, when finally one day I found out they have disappeared from their location in [redacted], NY. I inquired nearby and neighboring businesses told me that many customers have been inquiring similarly and this company as failed to deliver the goods and in many cases has not returned the money of its customers. Till date I have not received the product. despite repeated promises from this company. I got hold of a number ###-###-#### and looks like this number belongs to this company and they may be based somewhere in NJ now. I have been following up with my credit card company for a refund as I have disputed the charges as the company failed to deliver the goods.

Review: I bought a mattress that was supposed to be memory foam, but it turned out to be a regular coil mattress. The quality was so bad that it sagged within a few days, and my son complained of back pains from sleeping on it.Desired Settlement: I am supposed to get either my money back or a real memory foam mattress.
