AVOID THIS STORE! AVOID THEM!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! DON'T EVEN ENTER THE STORE!
I am NOT from another store trying to [redacted] something here, my story is real and you SHOULD READ IT!
I visited the store on October 19, 2015 and purchased a mattress and a kitchen table. I told [redacted] and [redacted], both sellers that helped that day, that I had previously problem with another store in Newark because they told me they would deliver in a day but I had to cancel the order because it looks months. Both [redacted] and [redacted] told me this would not happened. I was pretty confident things would work out but when the table came to my house it was broken. The delivery guys took it back, I paid the delivery, and this was on a Thursday, I called the store back on Saturday and NONE of the employees knew about it. I called back on Monday and still no one knows about anything, [redacted] another employee, told me to contact [redacted] from customer service. But [redacted] only works Monday and Tuesday there, and during a 3 week period I WAS NEVER ABLE TO TALK TO HIM. After a month trying to get the table and still no one being able to help me, I requested the money back. I was informed that this was impossible.
Pretty interesting because in this country, everywhere you go you can get a refund. After a month I was able to receive another table because I was told the same table was not in stock, so to get over this, not being satisfied, I agreed to get another table. BAM!!!! The table came broken again!!!! I called him on the same day and [redacted] being very unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL told me to call back on Monday to talk to [redacted] for a refund. I called back Monday and finally this [redacted] answered the phone, NEVER APOLOGIZE, NEVER ASKED ME WHAT HAPPENED, HE JUST TOLD ME HE WOULD REFUND ME BUT NOT THE FULL AMOUNT. I argued because they didn't want to refund the delivery fee of something that was NEVER DELIVERED, 35$ and the table that was 199.00 plus tax, he only refunded me 199.00
Conclusion, it too 2 ENTIRE MONTHS CALLING AND ARGUING OVER THE PHONE TO SOLVE THIS. PLEASE JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AVOID THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I AM LETTING EVERYONE IN THIS WORLD KNOW ABOUT MY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE.
AVOID THEM! AVOID THEM! AVOID THEM! YOU KNOW NOW HOW IT IS, DON'T COMPLAIN LATER IF YOU END UP BUYING FROM THEM.

Review: I purchased from this furniture store a sofa made by [redacted] and a cocktail and 2 end tables. When delivered the sofa has an odor, as well as one of the legs the wood was chipped. The cocktail table tidered so if someone placed a drink on it , it wood slide off. I asked the delivery men what was this odor, and he said it was like a new car smell , just open the windows, and it would be gone. I sat on the sofa and started watching tv, and my eyes were staring to burn, and I was getting headaches. I didnt have this before this purchase. I called the store and asked them to please pick up this sofa since im having health issues, to please pick up the sofa and tables since im having health issues and cancel my order. They said they couldn't do that. I called the corporate headquarters for [redacted] which is in wisconsin, they said a distributor would be at the store in about 10 to 15 business days. I asked if this distributor would be calling me they said no. I could see if this was a minor issue but this is my health, noone seems to care. The store finally called and I said I wanted to cancel, they said why dont you come down to the store and you can pick out a sofa on the floor. I really wasent pleased since people sit on these sofas all the time and is not really new at that point. Also I asked for the managers name and he is never there. This store is going out of business they said it was not the furniture , but because of the store itself. I tried to make a good faith effort, and went down to the store on wednesday the day before thanksgiving. I asked the salesperson his name is dominic, and he said he would be there all day. I drove down there wednesday and the store was closed at 5:00 pm when there hours are till 9:00. I do not want anything more to do with these people . they are lying, and dont care anything about a customer. [redacted] corportate does nothing to help, even with there 1 year guarantee. please help me cancel this orderDesired Settlement: I sold furniture, and I believe if a person is getting an allergic reaction to something in this sofa , they should have picked up the merchandise and cancelled this order, because of how this sofa is constructed. The fact that I made a good faith effort to go down to the store and it was closed showes me how much they care for a customer, after the saleman said he would be there. Pick up this furniture and cancel this order, I do not want to deal with people who lie and have attitude problems. This furniture should be out of my house. I stay most of time in my bedroom because of this. There furniture is defective , as well as a health hazard. cancel this order and pick up there defective merchandise I now understand why this store is going out of business.
