BEWARE !!! MARK O. IS A FILTHY THIEF ! This guy is a horrible person! Takes your money! DOES NOT deliver your mattress and then insults you and DOES NOT GIVE YOU ANY THING !!

DONT BUY YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND AVOID THIS PERSON AT ALL COST


So we found his store on Craigslist for a specific Serta mattress. He was offering it under market price for a brand new mattress. So we called him and he says he has variety of options including the one we were intersted in. So we went there and we asked to buy our Serta Mattress.

He tried to sell us other mattresses, but when we emphasized that we want that mattress, he tell us that suddenly he ran out of stock! But he will bring the mattress if we PAY INFRONT !

hmmm.. we were a little suspicious but we asked for a receipt. He tells us IF WE PAY CASH WE GET EXTRA DISCOUNT (I DONT THINK HE PAYS THE TAX).

Any way, we paid and he mentions he will deliver it tomorrow! ...

Tomorrow... nothing happens....
Day after Tomorrow ... nothing happens....

I call him, and he refuses to answer .... he says you are taking my time and he will deliver it ...

TWO FREAKING WEEKS! AND WHEN WE CALL HIM HE SAYS THE BEST HE CAN DO IS GIVING US A CHEAP USED !!! MATTRESS !!!!

AND WHEN WE REFUSED IT .. .HE SAYS DONT CALL ME OR I WILL CALL THE COPS !!

EXCUSE ME ?! ... WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY CALLED AUTHORITIES TO TAKE BACK OUR MONEY ... BUT SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND AVOID HEADACHE ...

We are so regret to hear that customer not happy about the shipping lead time. Our shipping time for this item usually takes 5-6 business days that we clearly posted online .  And this order has shipped on 6th days which is in time. But seems this lady didn't understand no matter how we explain. However, her order has been already shipped and will delivery to her by end of today. We appreciate your attention of this matter!

It was more on the principal they sent me the wrong item, it was pretty simple.  There was no need for me to do leg work for pictures on a $50.00. The wrong item is what it is.  A refund!

This is the worst company to do business with. If you have a problem the owner will put you off and make excuses and ignore you in the hopes you drop it. They are very untruthful, dishonest and really do not care one bit about customer after they get paid. Buyer beware....do not purchase from these people.

At no point during the redirect from Amazon web site to furnituremaxx web site or anytime during the order process does it say anything about the return policy being different than Amazon. that is back up by the initial response from the seller....
"Dear Customer,
... If you would like to return this order, please send a return request through Amazon so we can process this return request"

Mark at Furniture Maxx in Springdale is extremely rude. When our mattress was not delivered during the promised time frame, We asked to reschedule and it was still not delivered. frustrated, we called to cancel the order. Mark told me "I was a very immature girl" and hung up on me. Not a very good way to do business.
