We sincerely apologize that this customer is so unhappy with the service that she receivedWhen doing any home repairs, many times projects do take longer than anticipated and we cannot always anticipate if issues will occurI made every effort to complete this job to the satisfaction of the
homeowner. Many time the reason it takes as long as it does is that parts need to be orderedIn regards to this job, I did my best to rush order if possibleUnfortunately, we have no control how quickly we receive parts
As far as the her response to the aggressive nature of one of the technician, we do find this very hard to believeThe gentleman she is referring to is the owner of the company and he has never had one complaint on his attitudeWe apologize if she took his assertiveness in any other way. We had our home office contact the customer to try to settle this disputeWe have offered to pay them back for the disputed amount so they are able to find another company to finish the repairsThis was their request, to have the disputed amount paid back so they were able to find someone else to make the needed repairsWe have not heard back from them on this offerIt is never our intention for a job to end this poorlyIn fact we have never had a situation occur such as this one in all the years we have been in businessWe truly hope they are able to find someone else that can complete these repairs to their satisfaction
