As the customer states the sofas were assembled and opened and as the items were assembled the fee would not be refundable

The customer purchased more than the bunk bed and the other items were assembled the customer refused the bunk bed setup but as pieces were assembled the customer is not due a refund

The customer did not choice a bed as you can clearly see on there screen shots there is no price on the bed There screen shots are altered as there receipt shows only night stands Screen shots are not a receipt and there receipt of purchase shows night stands Altering images to try and steal a queen bed that they clearly did not pay for and is not on there receipt

Customer only purchased night stands and only paid for night stands. The items are ready for delivery and the customer now is demanding a $bed for free. As outlined in our terms the customer agreed to at checkout all sales are final no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. We
have offered the customer a refund minus a 30% restocking fee to cancel the order. The customer is trying to scam a free bed which he did not pay for. He can take delivery of the night stands he paid for our be refunded minus a 20% restocking or pay for the bed and have the bed and night stands delivered

I purchased a storage bed from this company April After a few weeks of having the bed it completely collapsed As I removed the matteress I discovered the delivery men didn't properly put the bed together and the wood is nothing but thin pieces of woodI immediately contacted the store regarding this matter and they asked if I had a receiptI stated I don't have my receipt but I do have bank statements to show I purchased my bed from hereThe guy told me he couldn't help meI contacted the store 03/14/and the guy mentioned I would have to pay $just have someone look at itThe bed is so damage I can't even lay in it so I am requesting a refund immediately

The customer ordered a custom sofa and we have pictures with the swatch and cushion from customers sofa showing they are the same color

As the customer states we are in the process of taking care of the issues and swapping out the items

I would like to start with the first statement on the business’s response“She ordered a love seat which is a single bed”. It’s true that I did order a love seatHowever, *** told me the bed was big enough to sleep two adults comfortably and would not tell me the size of the bedNext he says that I waited six months before I contacted him saying I could not fit “more than two people… “. I have attached a screen print of my cancelled check used for the purchase. You can see that the purchase was made on March 27, 2015. My phone log shows that I first contacted the store about this on April 27, 2015, but *** was not working that day, but did get in touch with him the next day. I have attached a screenshot from my cell phone showing the times I called the Furniture OutletIn conclusion, I was not given accurate information about the bed inside the love seatAs a result the love seat that was delivered does not meet the specifications *** had described to me and for which I signed the contract

Wycke's Furniture is flat out lying. The other items they delivered were a couch and a sofa that did not need assembly. The $50 I paid was for the assembly of my son's bunk bed. I did not refuse to let them assemble it. [redacted], their delivery manager, told me at the time of delivery that it was too late to do the work at 9:30 PM. Their delivery driver was over 3 hours late and it would take 2 hours to assemble and he wasn't paying them overtime. [redacted] said they were booked up the next day, and wouldn't be able to return until next week. I told [redacted] that was unacceptable, as my son needed a bed to sleep in. I was forced to assemble it myself, rather than have my son sleep on the floor. So I asked [redacted] right then to refund me my $50. [redacted] rudely told me that "he wasn't going to discuss this right now." And then proceeded to blame his overworked delivery drivers.
I've since contacted [redacted] in 4 separate emails, and many phone calls. I have yet to have even ONE response from them or attempt at resolving this matter. I find it telling that they were VERY quick to respond to my Revdex.com. Do the right thing [redacted]. Refund me my $50 for a service you failed to provide.

I have just tried twice to resend my response to you. The...

first time, when I hit response, there was an error. Something about a product call AJAX which I think id \a file importer. it didn't like my login. Then the Revdex.com website sent my an email to allow me to log in. I entered everything again, pressed Proceed and got error 404, file not found.  I have to assume that is in reference to the files I attached.  I want to get this back to you in the five days you've given me, but am finding it very difficult.  Is there a phone number I could all for assistance or could someone call me to help.  This is quite important to me.  Thanks, [redacted]
